I'm on Youtube a lot. And these adds for Ford keep on popping up at the beginning of Youtube videos, not ON the videos, but on the SIDE of the videos. You know, RIGHT above the related searches? Anyway, there's no way to pause them and I have to wait 30 secs until they stop talking... I cba to wait 30 secs for someone to stop talking so that I can listen to music or watch funny/cute videos!

So what am I going to do about it? I'm going to boycott Ford :mokken: There is no reason I shouldn't be able to pause that shit and listen to my music/watch videos in peace without interruption... It's quite annoying [/firstworldproblems]
 
like i said, they've been on youtube for ages. it's a totally random placement, as far as i know. if you rewatch a video it won't always be there
 
It's placed on monetized videos or videos that opt-in to the ads. It's also placed on videos that have known copyright material as a way of compensation for the owner.

He's right, though, they've been there for ages. I'm just glad that fucking game recording software thing isn't there anymore. It was almost a minute long and you couldn't skip it.
