So, Tifa is going to feature in Dissidia 012. I guess that's good news for us fans of her.

... in her original FFVII clothing, yay !

I just hope they get her right... I didn't play the first game, so I'm not sure what to expect but that fact alone makes me consider buying a PSP.
I remember playing Ergheiz back then, and being able to kick some butt with Tifa in a fighting game was a pretty nice experience.

Yeah I liked her AC outfit a little better than her original outfit too. With the cowgirl outfit just being a dirty pleasure no matter what way you look at it >.> So I'm glad the AC outfit is her alternate in the game.

Although was it just me or did the AC outfit make her look a little bit like Rinoa from Final Fantasy VIII. Anybody? Just me?

It does. I disagree with the Cowgirl outfit though, it looked cute. I think the only reason you can take it differently is because Tifa is a busty girl, but... That shouldn't stop you from wearing what you like.

Met her first in AC, ill admit. But i really got too into her original. Cowgirl outfit definitely felt like fanservice, but looked nice nonetheless.

And im a happy camper knowing that they gave her an alt costume XD

Actually for once I wasn't even thinking about her chest. Just how she looked in the cowgirl outfit on Crisis Core in general. It was like, "O_______O" to me.

You see this is why I can't have nice things. My mind drift off to places it shouldn't for reasons that aren't coming off as dirty to anybody else

I see ... so I guess it kinda makes sense you'd be a little more emotionally attached to her AC outfit.
That's usually how it goes for most people. I'm a long time fan of FFVII, having first played it back during the time it was first released and all, so I'm definitely liking the original outfits better.
I was a bit disappointed when Nomura decided to change her costume so much for AC, especially since it made her look like Rinoa so much. She felt a lot less unique as a character.

I got introduced to Tifa in FFVII. Not Advent Children, or the games that were made after VII. Just figured I'd clear that up, I saw the question somewhere. Fell in love with her the first time I played the game.

So, you guys all know she's gonna be in Dissidia 012. I'm so excited. xD The scans look gorgeous.

Found it online, so no, I didn't translate that. I think she looks drop dead gorgeous. The sketch is so pretty.

Channi has some nerve..........Still Dissida Duo Decim is on my radar because of Tifa ,she will make the effort of beating D2 worth it IMO.

If were are discussing how we "MET" Tifa Mine was during my 1st play through (obviously) of FFVII 13 years ago lol............I found her whole personality so familiar I even met a girl who looked like Tifa and was just as...........Snuggley? s I thought she would be IRL......not the best basis for a relationship lol

I have troubles understanding the concept of an anti-club. What's the point of showing your (blind) hate for a character, aside from taunting people who actually like said character ?
It seems that club was created by a fan of Aerith ... I guess that figures.
Can't people just enjoy whatever character they like and respect other people's opinion ? That's sad.

She's definitely playable, along with Kain from FFIV and Lightning from FFXIII.
They even put some nice nods to the original game such as her Slot Machine Limit Break :

Woah, easy. I wasn't trying to start some kind of war against the Tifa haters. As a fan of the character, I just felt it was a bit sad, that's all. There are characters I don't like much, still I don't feel the urge to create an anti club just to show my hate.

Then what's the point of creating such a club in the first place ? Such people could just join us here and discuss.
I'm not sure it's as innocent as you seem to make it though... ranting about a character because of the size of her boobs isn't constructive, in my opinion.
