Final Fantasy IX: The Fall of Mages RP

The General striken with fear began to turn tail and try to run, only to be stopped by a wall of shadow energy as the concusive shadow blasts rocketted to the ground around him...

"Ha you missed, your aim is as bad as a tonberries casting a death spell!" The general mocked and breathed a sigh of relief..

"Oh really? you think I have a bad aim when I intended to miss? Try this on for size then!...Zonzu-Getsu THE BLACK WAVE!" with those words a crackle of black energy left Sheras shadowly left hand and wrapped itself like a coiling snake around the general and the tip of the shadowy wave formed into a head of a cobra, that began to hiss....

"NOOOOOO!!!" The General yelled out as he struggled to try free himself from his bindings as the cobras head reared up and smothered him in a devouring motion....the energy completely engulfed the general before exploding in a spectacular sonic boom, all that was left when the dust settled was the generals helmet...complete with broken feathers....

Shera grinned, clearly amused by her work then suddenly snapped her gaze at Richard whom was grasping his blade....she began to channel even more energy bolstering her form and the skies began to crackle even more with the dark energy creating a full thunderstorm as it began to rain heavily, the shadows dissipated as they returned to the normal Oeilblum, which was also raining heavily and thunderclouds over head, skies dancing with the energy of the heavens... as bloodied corpses littered the field of friend and foe alike...

"TRAITOR YOU TRIED TO HAVE ME KILLED AND YOU COULD HAVE SAVED HER YOU WANTED THIS TO HAPPEN!!" She roared at Richard clearly still angered and blaming him now for Tahomi's death.

She decended from the skies and landed on her shadowy feet, drawing her katana that was now smothered in shadows as the dark energies grew and grew, her power had grown so much that the energy within her had began to crackle and spark on the surface of the shadows, her eyes had now gone from a dark brimstone colour to a white-hot piercing flame-like colour, the edges flickering like tongues of flame.

"Come on then Dog of Pluto what are you waiting for...just you and me, I WILL HAVE MY REVENGE YOU SON OF A BITCH!!" Shera screamed and began to channel another Zonzu Getsu "The Black Wave" as she stared at Richard with intense hatred, waiting for him to make his move....[ooc] bit of music to acompany the coming fight http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CPz1afC6ycQ&feature=channel_page enjoy :)

RICHARD - The fight for two lives

Richard was standing still, quiet like a newborn. He watched the abnormal dark arts doing the job that he didn't stand a bit. Slaughtering his enemies, wiping off everything and not leaving a single prove that the man had lived. The general was wiped off like he had been a little child going against a veteran warrior. That made him unable to move. He was searching in his mind to find an answer, he was rushing trough the data in his head. But nothing, nothing had been similar to this. It was like a trance, but a lot darker, combined with transforming. It was filled with the rage and blood lust, but that wasn't the worst part, worst was that it wasn't Shera going against him, it was someone else from another dimension controlling the body of Shera. Then, Shera turned against him, aiming for a certain kill.

'' I guess there is nothing I can do ...'' Richard whispered and raised his sword, ready for clashing.

'' Zonzu Getsu!'' A abnormal voice shouted, filled with the rage and anger. Richard still didn't move, even if the snake like black energy was moving towards him.

'' Black dog ...'' Richard whispered. Then, the moment the black aura touched him, the world around them collapsed. The buildings were wiped off by wind, the ground was destroyed by lava and earthquake. Richard was no longer Richard. A huge, black wolf like dog was raging, biting the cobra who just had formed and then, when it was going to explode, it was thrown next to Shera. The woman smashed the exploding cobra in to thousands pieces. She sighed and then continued her madness. She flashed back of Richard and cast a powerful life leech.

'' You don't know with what you are playing. Stop now!'' The voice of mad dog shouted. Then, he sent out a beam of laser from his mouth, pushing the life leech back. Shera, without any problems blocked it with a barrier of darkness.

'' Nothing to say?'' the black dog muttered and than charged at Shera. But it wasn't enough, the mad Shera smashed the dog down. Blood dropped from the mouth of Black Dog. Richard raised his head and got ready to give another blow.


'' Shera, take him down. But do it yourself, don't let the rage do it. That way you can't enjoy the death of Richard!'' The modified voice of Vivius told in mind of Shera. For a moment, she had lost his attention and Richard had charged at Shera. Now, with his mouth open and teeth pointed at Shera's neck, he was going to finish her off. But Shera, she didn't let.

Shera sneered as the black dog dove towards her and stepped backwards narrowly avoiding the attack.

"Hmpf, tougher than you look huh?....Fine EAT THIS Zonsu Morugasta BLACK LEVIATHAN RED DAGGER!!" A burst of red energy shot from shera's hand as she raised her katana, black energy radiating from it, as the red energy neared its mark it transformed into a dagger like shape and Shera swung her katana in an arch and the black energy rushed in front of the red dagger transforming into a giant shadow leviathan....

The Leviathan roared as the dagger pierced through the leviathan as it exploded in a gush of dark energy that fell in the direction of Richard with a giant engulfing wave....

Shera cackled manically but realised this may not be enough, and lept up into the air channelling a purple field of energy around her blade as she began to drive herself towards Richard hoping to land into him at the same time as the dark energy!

"GRAND VELOCITY!!" she bellowed as she began to rocket towards Richard at blinding speed!

RICHARD - The Fight For Two Lives - pt.2
--------------------------------------------------------

This attack was something more powerful than a mere human could stand, but Richard ... he was also something special. Black Dog, that was his family tradition, his family magic. And he, he had used it most.

'' Black dimension!'' The dog roared. The Zonzu Morugasta made everything to shake and shatter, but after a eye blink, it was gone, sent to somewhere elsewhere. Then, it came out from the back of Shera. But before she had time to react, Grand Velocity touched the skin of Black Dog. Huge clash of energies, Richard was stuck in ground, a blade trough his body. But this wasn't all, the leviathan came as well. Fortunately, Richard was able to bite Shera's hand, so she wasn't able to escape. A dircet Zonzu Morugasta touched them and then exploded.
The dog screamed and then, it was all quiet.
 
Shera lyed still for a moment, wondering if Richard was still alive, whom had been reverted back to his human form, She shuck her head and rose to her feet uneasily, clutching to the wound that Zonzu Morugatsa had delt to her...

She noticed movement in Richard and sighed for a moment...

"You have been a worthy opponent my Dear Richard, truly worthy of your titles....but its time to end this....its time for my revenge to be c.omplete" Shera coughed and began to chant in dark tongues holding her blade horizontaly in front of her...

"Master of the underword, Lord of Darkness and the true king of the realm of dragons HEED MY CALL AND DESTROY THIS INTERLOPER UPON YOUR UNHOLY LANDS...... BAHAMUT SIN!" With these words the sky errupted in flames and turned pure black....the clouds in the sky began to spin in a circular motion as if to be creating a portal....

The ground shuck and split and The great dark dragon Bahamut Sin rushed through and stoppingly swiftly in the sky....it let out a grand roar and turned its gaze to Richard....for what could be his final moment!

VIVIUS - The true power of a old man
--------------------------------------------------------

Richard, slowly was able move his body and stand up. He watched as the skies were broken and Bahamut was going to come out. But then, he fell down, unconscious.

'' Bahamut Sin, The new king of summons! Retreat or face your fate!'' Vivius shouted as loud as he was able to, but his magical powers made the voice even louder. It was deafening. Then, he was floating straight in front of Bahamut. Hands aiming the chest of Bahamut.

'' Vanish'' He shouted. Then, the hole in heaven started closing and Bahamut was slowly being pulled back. Vivius noticed Shera rushing towards him, but fortunately, Richard was back. He had jumped next to Shera and slashed her down. Shera quickly pierced her blade trough the body of Richard, almost killing Richard. The old man fell down, spilling out even more blood than before. The energy he obtained, was flowing away. Shera now continued her way, but it was too late. The gate was closed and Bahamut was gone.

'' Now little girl, time to go to sleep!'' Vivius muttered. A flare spell was coming out from nowhere and was going to attack Shera. But Shera, what did she do?

Shera took the full blow of the flare, and fell to the ground, it took a lot out of her but the dark energies within her just kept growing as she became angrier and she continued to use magic wrecklessly.

As Vivius watched on she just stood up as if she was under total control of the dark magics like some kind of puppet being picked up by its strings.

The shadow enveloping Shera had become extremely intense like a thick black smoke spewing from a fire, her eyes were now flashing between white-hot and gold as if to signify she had reached the peak of her dark trance powers....

"FOOLISH OLD MAN HOW DARE YOU INTERVENE!!....YOU WERE MY TRUE TARGET ANYWAY SO IT JUST MAKES IT THAT BIT EASIER!!" Shera yelled clearly not herself anymore...

She raised her blade and swung it low and brought it back horizontal in front of her, energies crackled as a black cloud enveloped the blade...

"Goodbye you old fool, you made a huge mistake by sending those dogs of pluto to meddle with me!......Hanik Tu Sorima BLACK LOTUS DEATHSHROUD!" Shera bellowed and suddenly vanished from sight and reappeared at the side of Vivius and began slashing out waves of energy blindingly fast, which formed the mark of the Black Lotus, a chime sounded and the mark exploded into black petals that scattered like shrapnel, Shera grinned and once again vanished from sight and kept reapearing at each petal as if to be gathering them upon her blade.

As she reached the last a black smoke radiated from her blade as she spun swinging her sword in a circular motion sending a roaring wave of dark energy in the shape of of unearthly corpses face towards Vivius with an etheral wail...

could this be the end of the greatest living black mage?...

VIVIUS - There are more mages like you!

Vivius watched closely as the dark mind was fighting. Indeed, this one was the strongest he had met yet, but she had made the greatest mistake. A dark side of a black mage, powerful without any thoughts. But her power lays on her magical capabilities. Using a blade only weakens the attacks. This one was still too young to undestand it. Rage and anger where too big to let calm mind help them. But even when it did take away half of the power the dark form was able to deal, it would have been too devastating. Vivius then jumped in to his mind.

'' Will you lend me your hand?'' Vivius asked with powerful voice. He was inside his own mind, in front of a chained beast spilling out the waves of death. There was a powerful barrier between those two.

'' Taking down the barriers would be enough to kill her!'' The beast roared. Vivius smiled.

'' Thank you!'' He told and dismissed only one barrier.

'' I don't plan to kill her!'' Vivius told and then turned away.

Meantime, the attack of Shera was finished. The final wave was going to touch Vivius body, but before it made it, everything was bursted back. The attack was gone, nullified by much greater force. Vivius was standing in front of Shera. Actually, it was no longer Vivius. It was a black-red glowing mage without any face. Only a pair of dark black eyes watching his enemy.

'' You are not the only dark one!'' A abnormal voice told from Vivius body. Shera, or the black force behind his powers, was frozen.

'' I wish you good luck Shera, you will need it. Totsuna Gersoga!'' He muttered. Next moment, they were all back in daguerro. It seemed as nothing had happened, besides the wounded ones. Shera was lying down, a magical barrier was around him. Richard was laying down, half-deed. Spitting out blood after every time he tried to wake up. Tahomi and Shenju both mortally wounded. Vivius was only one who seemed to be as normal as always. The beast had been sealed once again and Vivius was back in his body.

'' Good luck Shera ...'' Vivius muttered and teleport himself together with the wounded bodies to the finest Daguerro hospital.

'' Take care of them!'' Vivius said to Michel who was also there.

'' Richard was hit by Black Lotus ...'' He then told and took Shera with himself. He teleported away once again. Now, he was inside some kind of magical shrine. He put Shera to a magical stone and in a mere moment, a barrier surrounded her. Vivius sat down and started waiting.

Shera sat up and shook her head, uneasily blinking the light that was surrounding her, after a moment she scanned around to try make sense of where she was...

She seemed to be in the middle of a forest, strangley enough this forest bore a startling resemblance to the old forest in Oeilblum near the village where she had gone on her first ever mission when she was but a young acolyte under the employ of the Oeilblum army....

something wasnt right however, she sensed another presence here...a powerful presence....

"Well well well if it isnt my, should I say weaker half!!" The voice sent a cold sensation down Shera's spine as she rose to her feet and laid eyes on....another her!

They were both remarkably identical, however the difference between them was the other one was shrouded in shadows, and seemed to be constantly sucking in energy from somewhere.....the she realised....this thing was feeding on her! it was eating her very lifesource as it was trying to gain ultimate control of her body!

"What the hell are you!!" Shera remarked quite disturbed by the strange shadow being that resembled her exactly...

"Why my dear...I am you!....your hatred, your malice your lust for blood...I am your Dark trance, and soon you wont exist and I shall be free to use this body without hinderance!!" The wretched doppleganger remarked and sneered seemingly relishing on its work.

"Over my dead body, I am not one bit like you and I never will be!!" Shera replied as she reached for her katana and pulled her grappling hook from her belt..

"Good, thats the spirit, let this be our deciding battle...winner takes all!!" The doppleganger replied and also drew its katana, but instead began to channel dark energies...

Shera suddenly realised what the being was doing and quickly dropped her grappling hook and began to channel dark energies as well..

"LETS DO THIS....Zonzu Getsu BLACK WAVE!!" both combatants yelled at the same time clashing dark energy with dark energy to begin there duel to the death!

Letitia looked at the Captain with approval, if not respect. "I have come to tell you exactly where our dear Richard is," she smirked, and bent down, her pale lips whispering Richard's location in latitude and longitude into his ear. "Now that that is done," she said. "Can you spare a soldier. I'm very hungry." Her skin had turned chalk white, her eyes tiny pinpricks of pirple with thirst and hunger for life energy. "A spy, perhaps? Or some kind of traitor?"

Oeilbum officer - Worthless life

''For a lady like you, to show my gratitude, I will give a pure one.'' The captain smiled gently and whispered something. After a second, a noble looking man was in front of him.

'' An fine officer of this ship!'' Captain muttered and then looked in to the eyes of the man.

'' I thank you for you help!'' Captain told and then knocked the officer down.

'' You may do what ever you want with him. We will board in a fortress soon!'' The captain told and left the room and the passed out officer to Letitia.
 
Letitia smiled and launched herself forward, her long,painted black nails gouging into the man's fleshy arms and drawing out blood as her hands glowed black, a fine white light moving from the soon to be dead body of the officer and into Letitia. The violet pinpricks grew large and bright, filling her eyes as the dying officer writhed and groaned. Letitia breathed heavily as she was inigorated with glowing light.

With a smirk, she threw him down and watched the last fleetin seconds of life drain from the man's dry, pale face, and his lips turn a pale blue.
 
The Black Shadow energies of the combatants clashed and twisted as if to be trying to overpower each other, they eventually coiled skyward and formed into twin avatar cobras that began trying to strike each other, on either end Shera and her doppleganger pushed harder forcing more magical energy into the avatars in attempt to bolster them....

Eventually the avatar cobra controlled by the doppleganger struck Sheras cobra, it reeled from the blow and quickly countered with a strike if its own causing both avatars to explode with a giant concusive force knocking both combatants off there feet.

Shera quickly flipped back to her feet and adopted her stance still focusing more dark energies into her blade as her doppleganger rose to its feet like some animated lifeform that had recently been raised from the dead...

"Hmm seems I underestimated you...might not be as weak as you seem, lets see how you handle this one then" The shadowy duplicate raised its katana and blasted out a beam of red energy "Zonzu Morugatsa Black Leviathan RED DAGGER!!" The energy quickly formed into the dagger and the being sent out a wave of black energy, hoping to create the avatar of the leviathan...

However Shera was one step ahead and sent out a second Zonzu Getsu "Black wave" which interecepted the dagger and exploded making the Zonzu Morugatsa useless.

"Seems your well versed in the dark ninjitsu arts, well you should be after all...your me HAHAHAHA!!!" The doppleganger Shera laughed manically and began to channel more energy...a lot more the ground began to shake and break asunder, the trees of the forests combusted into flames and the skies crackled with dark energy..

"What the hell is this..." Shera mentioned to herself, this was unlike anything she had ever seen or used before....then she realised just what her counterpart was doing....it was using a spell forbidden even in dark ninjitsu society...

"NO stop, you have no idea what the spell will do! it will kill us both you fool!" Shera yelled as she prepared to defend herself...

"You understand nothing do you...I am the embodiement of the Dark Ninjitsu, I can control this spell with ease....Torima Zunu Sornogo Dark Dragon Apocolypse!!" With those words the evil fiend released a huge blast, shattering its katana but unleashing a monsterous wave of energy that rocketted skyward.. the dark energy circled in the sky and transformed into the Avatar of the Dark Dragon Army that focused there gaze upon Shera...

The Dragons let out a mighty roar and began breathing in, creating a vaccum gust of inhaled wind, sucking away the felled trees and debrit of the battlefield, and with unison unleashed a mighty blast of Dark Flare breaths aimed at Shera....if this spell hit....she would erradicated entirely...

"I....I have to do something...I cant lose....but theres nothing I can do..." Shera collapsed to her knees as if to be accepting her fate...as her dark self watched on in amusement...

RICHARD - Dead man not so dead
----------------------------------------------------

Michel and the best of Daugerro's doctors were all curing the wounds of Richard, Tahomi and Shenju. The worst was Richard, as his wounds were spilling out blood, dark blood and poisoned blood. It seemed that the wound wasn't only poisoned but it was cursed as well. No white magic could bring it down. So, most of the doctors and mages available where fixing Richard and his body as Tahomi was quite well, at least her body was and Shenju, Shenju's body was heavily wounded, but those wounds were already closing as some white mages did fantastic job. Then, Richard got his mind back. He looked around and spotted Michel.

'' So, how am I doing?'' He asked with weak voice. Michel smiled.

'' Besides the fact that you will die in ten minutes, you are fine ...'' Michel seemed to be quite sad, but Richard cheered him up.

'' Dudes ... you are freaking dumb you know. Get a freaking leather of Daguerro life tree from the cave. Mix it with White Lotus poison and I am good to go.'' Richard told. Everyone seemed to be quite astonished, but it was true. These ones certainly would fix Richard.

'' NOW GO!'' Richard shouted and fell to asleep.

Mysterious Captain - The award for Letitia
--------------------------------------------------------

The captain was gently walking towards the others in the ship. He gave a quick glance to outside and then sat down.

'' So, are we winning?'' He asked with his noble tone. An officer quickly answered:

'' They are retreating with no more than 10 ships. They have lost this battle Sir. Garland the II.'' The noble man smiled to that and turned around.

'' How much til fortress Gazam Dul?'' He asked while leaving the room. The answer was not longer than 2 hours. Then, Garland flashed away. He was back in the room where Letitia was, who now seemed twice as powerful as before.

'' Hello my dear friend. I guess you don't know my name yet, but remember it, always. It's Garland the II.'' He told and shake Letitia's hand.

'' Thanks to you, Richard is heavily wounded and almost dead. Vivius is gone to unknown location and the head assassin Black Lotus is probably dead by now. I show you my gratitude by providing you a fortress called Gazam Dul. You will have an army of 1000 soldiers there waiting for you. Around 50 servants as well, as you seem to enjoy good life.'' Garland told. It seemed as Letitia was feeling quite good and happy.

'' But, you will have to do something as well. This fortress is on an island around 50 miles away from Daguerro and probably it will be attacked quite hard. So, if anyone does, don't let them. The reason is, that this island is on the way of transport ships so you can easily destroy those ships. You will be provided 6 warships and 2 airships as well. Hope you enjoy it.'' He told and then flashed away, letting Letitia alone in the room.

As the flares of the dark dragon avatars plummeted towards her, Shera braced herself for the impact.....suddenly they stopped moving, everything froze in place as if time had suddenly stopped still...

Shera couldnt believe her eyes and gasped in amazement when suddenly a ghostly specter appeared in front of her....it was The General!

"Shera.....get up...take my sword and trust in it you can do this..." The ghostly visage of the general ushered...

"I...I cant..." tears began to well up in Shera's eyes "It's all my fault!" She wimpered in a broken voice...

"Yes you can, and it was never your fault....the fault lies with me" suddenly the visage of the general removed its helmet revealing....elven ears and his eyes began to glow yellow."As your father I should have protected you...The fault is my own!"

Shera couldnt believe her eyes, or what she had been told...she was completey taken back by the shock of what she had just heard....

"My birth name is Jacob Black, the younger brother of Richard Black...I moved to Oeilblum because I felt that Richard was getting all the attention...but I was wrong to walk away from my family....my brother, everything....now my daughter I have always been proud of you and your uncle needs you by his side in his hour of need....take my sword and vanquish your inner demons...you can do it!" Again the ghostly visage held out its greatsword, but this time Shera reached out to take it.

As she took hold of the sword a blinding flash of light blew out engulfing Shera when the light subsided, Shera had changed....no longer wearing a black ninja outfit but a white wide cuffed kimono and black hamaka skirt, with a red sash tied around it, on her chest was a purple breastplate marked with chinese symbols depicting the black lotus, she also wore a red headband with a black lotus flower as the central focus of the headband with chinese writing around the outside that translated to "Daughter of Jacob Black"....the katana....the black lotus katana she had wielded for so many years had broken and sharded into a thousand pieces as she held a greatsword in her grasp...marked with several spectacular runes also adorned with chinese writing that translated "Shadow Saviour" a faint purple glow emitted from the edge of the blade...

As the light disipated, everything around Shera began to move again, as the flares from the dragons continued on there path, she smiled and as the flares were about to hit her, vanished from the spot and re-appeared behind her doppleganger....The flares struck the ground she was formally on and exploded creating a massive crater where she was formally stood...

With a yell Shera brought the Shadow Saviour forward, impaling her other half....

"This is for my father, begone you wretched being and take your pets with you!" Shera bellowed out as the Shadow Saviour began to glow more intensley...

"No...it cant be...you are supposed to be weak...you were supposed to be destroyed NYaghh!!" As the doppleganger screamed out Shera jumped skyward dragging the sword upward splitting the evil shadow being in two..

The being crackled with unstable energy as the Dragon Avatars faded from existence and slowly the shadow being...everything dark within Shera was finally defeated and submitted to her will...

A flash of light echoed across the landscape as Shera was blinded by it...before she knew it she was awake, sitting in the black mages temple in her new outfit clutching her fathers sword....she pressed her cheek against the sword and began to weep as emotions finally took there hold...

VIVIUS - Little surprise for Richard!

Vivius stood up quietly while he saw new Shera in front of him. Vivius smiled so warmly to Shera, that if one would met him first time she would have thought that Vivius is a emotional mage. But then, Vivius cold face came back.

'' I think we should visit your uncle!'' Vivius told with rather tired and weak voice. He walked next to Shera and watched to the eyes of the woman. Shera might have spotted the reflect of a tear from Vivius eye, but he looked for too short time because a blink later they were in a huge mansion. A warm and well-decorated one, filled with more than 20 well geared veterans of war. Everyone were standing still, almost not breathing at all. They all had Black family emblem on their armors and shirts.

'' Welcome home!'' A man told. Both Vivius and Shera turned around quickly and saw Michel, in a noble armor of Black family, running next to them.

'' Richard just told me and then ... Richard's squad made their way here ... and I, after all, I didn't recognize you ... I am sorry my lady ...'' Michel whispered. Vivius smiled and nodded to the man to relax.

'' Shera Black, the heir of Black family throne, Michel was your father's servant, loyal for very long time. His parents told Michel to watch over the young boy as they were afraid of Generals safety, as attacking General would have been a easy way to get rid of Richard. He even accompanied him when he started working for Oeilbum. Around the time you turned 5, he left. Your father made Michel sure that he doesn't need anymore help, tho, two days before his death, Michel got a letter. Your father asked Michel to come to Oeilbum, to watch over his daughter. Unfortunately, it took time for Michel to make his way to Oeilbum. By the time he made there, your father was dead and Michel never got to know who was his child. He also told this story to Richard and Richard told to me.'' Vivius told and then moved towards the fireplace. He sat down to a bench. Then, the door was smashed open.

'' Where is my little niece!'' His voice was loud and powerful as it was usually, but this time, this time it was filled with positive energy. He rushed next to Shera and gave a huge hug. Every soldier around them cheered.

'' Now Shera, we got a lot to talk about. But first, what did your father tell to you?'' Richard asked.

'' He contacted me as well, the moment I was fighting against you. He told me not to hurt you, but I didn't get it at first. After some time, I got that you were his daughter and of course, I did let my ass got beaten.'' Richard told. His last sentence made everyone laugh as this was usual excuse for Richard.
 
Tears welled up in Shera's eyes as she couldn't believe what was happening..it was all like a dream to her....she buried her head into Richard's shoulder and let it all out...

"I...I'm so sorry...I didnt know what I was doing...I..." she was so choked up she could not finish her sentence...as she stayed in Richard's arms for a moment, she remembered what sparked the transformation.....

"Tahomi!..Shenju!!....Where are they....are they ok?...please...." again she struggled for words as she left Richard's muscular arms and looked frantically around the room at the soldiers but could not see sight nor sound of either of them...

RICHARD - The family of nobles

Richard looked the crying girl and than smiled warmly like a older brother.

'' No worries, they are in better shape than I.'' Richard told. It was a huge relief for Shera.

'' Now, I have some people to show you!'' Richard told and nodded to the soldiers standing still in the row. Then, the first one, one with a beautiful golden armor covered with Alexandrian soldier carvings. He had quite long white hair and a warm beautiful face. It wasn't a wonder that many woman were crazy after him. Slowly, he walked next to Richard at first and shake his hand.

'' The king is already in the war, so I will head out a moment after this.'' The man told. Richard smiled and then told to Shera:

'' Knights of Pluto Headmaster, Alexandrian prince, Markus Tribal I!'' Richard's voice was as noble as Markuses was. Markus I gave a gentle kiss to the hand of Shera and then left.

'' We will see in battle my lords!'' He shouted and then, flashed away. Richard turned his face to next soldier, one in very tired war costume. He had four hands and red long messy hair. He had claws equipped on his hands. Then, he walked next to Richard and gave a friendly hug.

'' I will give my life for you and mistress Shera as long as you pay me well!'' He told. Richard smiled back and let him move to Shera.

'' Son of Amarant, the legendary hero. Amarus!'' Richard told and saw as Amarus walked outside.

'' He will leave to the front with the forces of assassins. You probably know his nick-name, the four-handed silence.'' Richard told and then pointed to the next man. A old thief, wearing clothes with Black family emblem. He shake the hand of Richard and then walked next to Shera. It was same man who Shera tried to kill once before, in a bar.

'' I am sorry my lady that I let a pure one like you to touch my old skin.'' He told and then left.

'' You have met him right ... now, Delta!'' Richard shouted. From absolutely nowhere, a quite well looking man with blue hair flashed out. He then floated next to Richard and shake his hand.

'' Nice to see you again!'' He told and moved next to Shera.

'' I will serve the lady til my end!'' He told. Richard smiled and whispered to Shera: '' He will be your bodyguard, til the end of the war.

'' Richard then pointed to next one. And so it went on. Soon, Shera hadn't met only one woman. The woman gave a hug to Richard and did same to Shera.

'' Eophelia, my childhood love ... '' Richard whispered. These words were quite shocking for Eophelia as Richard never talked about these things. But now, maybe he had changed. Then, only Delta, Eophelia, Richard, Vivius and Shera were in the room. Everyone else had already left.

'' Now, we are going. I thought that Tahomi and Shenju may want to meet you so they are already on the board of Holy Crusader II. The airship which we will board.

'' Richard told and started walking in front together with Shera. Talking about dozens of different things. Then, they made their way to the airship dock. It was filled with more than hundred heavy armored knights and around 20 magician. The ship there was huge, probably as huge as the hugest ones of Oeilvert. Richard gave a quick glance and then shouted:

'' Airship will leave in 5 minutes!'' He then moved to the airship and entered it. So did everyone else. Slowly they passed by the quick moving sailors and engine team and went to a huge room. Tahomi and Shenju were there, chatting with each-other.

As soon as Shera saw Tahomi and Shenju, she ran towards them and gave them both a big hug, as the trio embrassed and struggled to hold back tears...

Shera then took a step back and looked at Tahomi, she shuck her head slightly in disbelief and cleared her throat...

"Tahomi....how did you survive?....you died in my arms?" Shera questioned clearly puzzled as to how Tahomi went from death to being fully alive, well and fully recovered...

"Yea...haha...about that, well me and Shenju made a blood pact ritual...we were gonna tell you but we didnt want to get expelled from the academy" Tahomi mentioned, clearly slightly ill at ease as she did before giving Shenju a loving gaze, which he returned with a smile...

"Nonsense, Im happy for the pair of you!!" Shera remarked and gave them both another hug, tighter than the first as to be nearly cutting off there airflow, as they gasped for air, she released her grasp and smiled..

"Now then, we have got work to do, this time we will all be accompanying Richard....Shenju you will be my forward scout, Tahomi you are to be Vivius'es personal bodyguard....I will be personally protecting Richard"..Shera stated as she took her place by Richard's side.

"Yes mistress!" They both replied as they were about to seperate and take up there posts...

"Hold on!...where are my manners, theres a quarters on the deck upstairs...I want you two to spend some quality time together, its a long journey to the front and I want you two to be happy, and above all...ready when we debark!" Shera replied with a sly smile and a wink "And please, stop calling me mistress, call me Shera!" she remarked with a slight laugh.

"Yes mi...I mean Shera...thankyou!" They both remarked as they left for the quarters hand in hand, Shera rolled her eyes upward before seeing the funny side of it and giggled again.

"So...how long will it be before we reach our destination you think?" she mentions, turning to Richard while taking a seat and unsheathing her sword from her back, looking over it and removing a cloth from inside her kimono and polishing the blade...
