There was three that really stood out to me.

Squid's mythical creature one was absolutely adorable.
Liv & Miko's "Underneath Vivi's hat" are hysterical...

But... Pinglethingy has to win.

I like them all for different reasons but I voted for 'Entry 3: Galadin "FFXIV Minions Drawing Contest" (2018)' because it is a well-polished, dynamic and colourful piece of art depicting a lovely minion from FFXIV.
This fawn is one of those minions that might easily get overlooked and might not get great representation in fanart (I haven't encountered many pieces beyond this one of this particular minion).
