Does anyone else hate the new iTunes?

I do. I think it's way too different and I hate the way it looks.

Why did they have to change it that much? I get the idea that it's going from 9 to 10, but it looks way too different. I want my old iTunes back, I really really do.

What do you guys think of it?

I definitely use Limewire and upload them with generic software . Because I'm a cheap basterd :awesome: also, itunes is too flashy for me anyways

I don't mind the new iTunes personally, but I really dislike that every so often it will crash when I try to play a song.

Visually I think that it is ok, though I don't really care so much for it as the older look worked fine for me.

I like the new iTunes. I think it looks much cleaner. The thing that concerned me initially was the icon, and I haven't even looked to see if the old iTunes logo is still available (probably won't change it, as I kinda like the new one better).

However, I've been having this issue, and I don't know why. But most of the time when I go to start up iTunes, I get a no disc warning with three buttons, Retry, Continue, and Cancel. It doesn't prevent the program from opening though. I just click continue and everything is fine, but it's a little annoying. This problem isn't linked to any version either.

Is there anything specific about it visually you don't like? :hmmm:

I keep getting that and i cant understand why, i thought it was just my retarded pc

as for the new itunes, i dont particularily mind it, though i think it looks abit messy, with the thicker lines seperating albums/songs whatever. its probably to make it clearer.. but i dont really think its needed, especially when you have your shit listed by artist, and you have compilation albumsin there, i just think it looks really untidy

Hm. I can't really identify a clear difference between the predecessor and the latest one- other than the slight changes in design and appearance... It still plays fine for me, updates the iPhone fine... And basically, everything else. Not the greatest change I've seen... As good as staying the same without updating.

:\ I don't hate the new iTunes. But I don't feel anything strongly to say anything about it. Neither hate it nor like it. It's just... there. :D

Oh, I'm so glad I'm not the only person. Sadly, I'm a computer person (not a guru that can fix any and every problem, but I can fix a good number of problems that I run into with my computer), but I do not know what causes this. Did I install iTunes with a cd in the drive? Maybe it has to do with my external hard drive (except, it's USB, and it's saying there is no disc). I just don't know.

You know the thing is that I can't put my finger on what it is exactly. I know that sounds odd, but it's the truth.

It may just be that I haven't got used to it yet, but I wish they would have put a way where we could go back to how it used to look if we wanted to.

I'm also not a fan of iOS 4 but that's because it's got volume issues.

It's still easy to use and it still plays music. So no I don't hate it. :mokken:

It's doesn't look like it's gone through a drastic change anyway. 8(

I haven't updated yet because my iPod is something that rhymes with Bailjroken, I used it on a friend's computer though. It's a bit worse I think and doesn't look nearly as good but it still gets the job done which is all that really matters.

I'm putting off every available download from Apple because the iOS 4 update that came out when the iPhone 4 came out was required, and that crap software crashed my last iPod Touch. :rage: I don't trust their software so far, so I'm not going to change/upgrade anything until I know for sure it works or they force me.

...And that's seriously my opinion.
