'Twas a good episode, yes.

Martha's crying seemed a little bit fake, I'll admit. Jenny looked like a robot at first, but then she actually looked like a real person towards the end of it.

And I don't think a Jenny spinoff show is even possible. Davies wanted to do it with Rose, but with Torchwood and the Sarah Jane Adventures, he decided not to because it'd be too many.
 
Ugh, the whole "one Dalek survived the Time War and rebuilt the race" thing is just get over used now. Although it does look to be a good episode on the whole. And it wasn't written by RTD at least, so I've got high expectations. Still hoping for a return of Davros at the end of this series.
 
Many people suspect Davros will return. I don't blame them because this is getting epic.
 
I didn't like the Agatha Christie episode, it was, well, crap....

it was just so poor I was like wtf?! It was way to cheesy -_-

Im really looking forward to next weeks episode, I cant believe I have to wait a whole week beause of the bloody eurovision, from what I've seen from the adverts it looks really good and I cn't wait

Anything has to be an improvment on last weeks episode though:shame:
 
Remind me again why that stupid eruovision stopped this most epic of series been shown when it was on later then DW is anyway?

i used to watch this show but then i stopped, and although i don't like it i am surprised that it wasn't on because of Euro vision because that really sucked
 
I can't really comment on the new episode because I haven't seen it yet. I can't stop watching the mid series trailer because it's got ROSE in it!
 
The episode tonight was excellent I thought, set up the pieces nicely for next week. I liked Alex Kingston's character in it especially. I wonder how the two 'halves' of the plot as such will tie together.

And how does that lady know the Doctor so well?
 
I have had the possibility that she is his daughter regenerated suggested to me though I kinda doubt it myself but we shall see.

Can't wait till next week.
 
I never watched Doctor Who until I was forced to see an episode. An episode where a woman comes out of this machine. She has the Doctor's DNA so she is technically his daughter. Yep, Jenny is her name.
I'm going to try and see more episodes.

I've heard a nice theory that
she's the little girl several years later.
Definitely plausible, and it's a nice twist to have The Doctor so clueless for once.
Didn't like her sonic screwdriver though. =[

My theory is that
Doctor Moon isn't helping at all, and will force the girl to make more shadow things and trap The Doctor forever. And did they just kill Donna at the end? =0
 
I very much doubt Donna is dead. I don't think they'd get rid of her already anyway. Also someone has just pointed out to me that in the girl's house there is a painting of a woman that could well be Rose on the wall. As well as of a wolf below that (harking back to Bad Wolf of series 1 perhaps) - a link is below of the scene in question:

I can't help, but feel Rose was part of that episode.

Donna can't be gone. Why would they include her in the mid series trailer speaking to Rose then?

And also regarding the message ...

It could be the girl who saw the Doctor on the TV screen or maybe even Rose. Rose sent the Doctor a message if you remember. But Donna was there at the time.

Excellent episode, it kept me on the edge of my seat.
 
OK, I did my research, and, well, great news!!!

Doctor Who shall be starting 29th June, Sunday night, 7:30pm, Australia, oh yeah :D

It starts on Voyage of the Damned, ohhh, just can't wait >_< (and its 10 days after Crisis Core somes out too :neomon:)

Bah the trailers iv been watching all week led me to think that Rose would be back in this episode :gasp:

Anyway, I really wanna know who that woman is, although from the comments posted above there are a few good theories, I thought it might be Rose at first only older (obviously) but then she said they haven't met yet so Im stumped.....

Can't wait for next week, and Donna can't be gone for good because she was in said trailer >_<

Bah Im so confused, I hate having to wait another week

Bloody good episode though :gasp:
