Oh yeah, Jecht shooting a boulder will be something at minimal, Epic. I'm curious to see its "Jecht Finger" altought so far its unknow as he never used that move on FFX.

I will love to see how Golbez will use its Double Meteo (Shadow Dragon casts meteo as well?)

10 days for the game official release, we can expect the last news this week.

The replay looks fantastic. I like the way you can make it look like a cutscene or movie like this. Would be good to save awesome fights you recorded etc.


Oh. Before I forget, can someone remind me what the Shadow Dragon actually is? I played and loved FF4, and completed the game (Playstation Anthology version), and I just can't remember it. Does it appear the last time you see Golbez?
 
From what I remember, the Shadow Dragon sort of appears in battles with Golbez.
Particularly I remember him sumoning the dragon, then in automatically wipes out your entire partu. Then older Rydia comes in and saves the day.
 
Yeah so far those ex burst descriptions are good. Exdeath crushes the enemy so is it like one shot kill? Are any of the ex modes one shot kill if so who's are? Yeah and by the way is there a bad guy for Final Fantasy XI it is just so confusing. Can not wait till secret characters get confirmed or on the 18th am getting dissidia. Hey pokeslob what special edition?

the special edition PSP is a white PSP with Chaos and Cosmos on the back, the PSP itself comes with Dissidia
 
IS there any chances for some secret characters because its hitting dissidia's release date soon and they better confirm some. Cool white psp with cosmos and chaos hmmm I will keep that in mind. I am not sure if I will sell my black one though. Any chances of cosmos and chaos playable or there just very strong and in ff wiki they are listed as non playables. Shantotto on the other hand is a secret charcter but we need more.
 
Doesn't seem to have been mentioned.. If there were to be any... Nonetheless, if there were to be, it'll be interesting!!
 
I would like to see secret characters like for example Rydia or Rosa for final fantasty Iv and Yuna or Lulu for Final Fantasy X. I want secret characters from the previous games. Or maybe they could be cameos or something.
 
If any, I'm guessing they may not appear.. But there might be surprises from XIII, Versus, or Agito... Perhaps the characters from one of these series might star, along with their villanous counterparts
 
Well I would just like secret characters that is all I am saying. Secret characters, does not matter who. I just want some of the hot chicks as secret characters lol. Yuna's ex would be her final summon well unless they make her in her x-2 version it will be something involving guns.

I like the sounds of the others, particularly Jecht's one. :D
 
Klonoa why did you laugh when reading clouds ex mode? What is just so funny? Also there is like what seven days for a xii character to get confirmed and some secret characters.
 
Why do you not like his ex burst or something it is just slashes from his buster sword whats wrong with that? Do you think there will be an xii hero and villian confirmed for dissidia?
 
I don't have a problem with it, I just think the name is out of the ordinary.

As for 12 hero/villain... Eh who can say? Maybe a bonus download allows them? Who knows?

I think one reason behind them not included (at this point) is due to them having any weapon... Having more than one mime (Butz) would be a tad annoying as far as uniqueness goes.

Fantastical scan Ruka. I guess that shows the official Dissidia artwork for those two characters, as well as most human-sized versions of them among other characters in cutscene, which yes, I hope would suggest them as playable characters.

I just need to keep an eye out for translations on that now :D.

:O VERY interesting! It was probably a good idea to hold off an FF13 character, it would probably ruin some of the excitement when we actually get the game. Lightening's weapon would be interesting to use though.

I'm still keeping my hopes up for a FF12 character. Crossing my fingers for Balthier, but if they do reveal a FF12 character it'd probably be a villain to maintain balance.

No your absolutely right... Cloud's Ex-Bursts name is crazy... Really, really crazy...

- Cloud's Super Ultimate War God Supreme Decapitation is similar to the FFVII version, and I think it needs no explanation. You mash the circle button as fast as you can to break the Limit Gauge.

What the frag?! Isn't that over the top? When i first read it I thought it was the writer of the descriptions having a laugh. I didn't think it was a proper word-for-word translation, just Ruka's buddy explaining the Ex-bursts... Thats what I thought anyway.
So I thought that it was a chuckle-teaser. An exaggerated name to make us laugh.
But everyone else has taken it seriously.. So just please make it clear to me someone.. Is that really the name of Cloud's Ex-Burst?

Coz if they were going for crazy names, they should have gone crazy for other characters moves as well...
Like.. Shantotto's Super Mega Flying Monkey Sandwich attack..
Or Warrior of Light's special move the Crazed Jousting Antler Head Extravaganza!!!

Would fit in perfectly. :P





Oh about that thing, yeah Ruka I read that about a week ago but forgot to post it :(. I'm glad really. I'd rather the slots of secret characters be filled by characters I actually know / have the chance to learn about, or from games I've played at least.
Having FF13 would give us too much of an insight into how they would work, and as they say may lock the style and moves of the characters.

Interesting how they haven't said anything about FF12 though, so it is likely that we may get some FF12 characters, since they've gone to the trouble to say we will not get FF13 characters, but left FF12 open.
