The hair is off, yeah, but that looks like one character left that they have yet to reveal to us. I wonder who it could be. :hmmm: That very well could be the last character to be revealed.

That actually looks like part of WoL's (Warrior Of Light) armor. And the person's hair looks kinda silver. :hmmm:

I posted links to youtube of a playthrough of prologus someone uploaded in my last post, and you face off against Cloud in one battle-and his assist is Golbez o_O

Not necessarily, I also saw a Progulus vid with Firion having Ultimecia as his assist, I think it's random in that case :hmmm: so unless Ultimecia is good or Firion is evil it was random selection.
 
I couldn't understand the Japanese dialog, but he looked more lost and listless than evil, you know? I think Terra has more awareness of herself than Cloud did of himself o_O

EDIT: @Chargar: Ah, for real? Share link, please? Cloud and Golbez had dialog, so that's why I thought it was canon :hmmm:

Just found this on FF Wikia. I'm not sure if it is official (hell of a good fake if it isn't), but this appears to be the Dissidia artwork for Gilgamesh!

If this truly is what it looks like (odd to see it on FF Wikia and nowhere else first, especially since Dissidia news is at a bit of a mad rush right now) then it would strongly suggest that he is indeed a playable character, and his direction facing would suggest he is on the side of Chaos, I think.


EDIT - As for Cid... I'd rather it be someone else than him. :sad2: I won't moan much if it is him, but there are hundreds of FF characters I'd pick over him.
 
See, characters' facing directions never really meant much to me. Squall's character art has him standing and looking forward, and while Ultimecia is slightly angling to one side, she too stares forward. Maybe they're the only exceptions, but I don't put much stock into directions xD

If Gilgamesh is a playable character and also on Chaos' side, I wonder what his POV will be like. I never got a good grasp of his character, so I dunno what insight he would offer :hmmm:

I'm sure Gilgamesh is confirmed, I know I saw two screenshots of him in battle, however there was a lot more black than red. I'm still trying to find it, but I just breeze over it the first time I saw it and thought nothing of it cause people were already talking about him but with skepticism.
 
Does anyone know if the assist mode characters(mainly Aerith)will have storyline in the game? :/
 
Aerith's just been confirmed as an Assist/DLC Character, so I highly doubt that by just downloading her from the PSN will unlock story opportunities for her. So far, she's the only character treated as such because every other assist character is included in the game. So she's.. kinda funny like that.

Hmm, okay. A lot of fans are wondering if she'll have story mode... and I wasn't sure. Do you think we'll have official confirmation for any of this?
 
It could change, you never know. She was only JUST revealed so there's still a lot of leeway for something to happen. They very well could have a story mode unlockable if you upload her, but I wouldn't hold out hope, you know?
 
It was pretty much 90% confirmed until the trailer, but yes dear you are a tad behind. :wacky: For those who may be wondering, here's a screen with Tidus, Cloud and Terra, all on baddy side, standing next to their brainwashers.

Then there's something sincerely wrong with you. :mokken: Go back 4 pages or so and have a look at all the remaining character models in their alts if you haven't already. Yunie in wedding dress in updated graphics. So purdy. :ryan:
 
Oh whoa, I totally missed out on Tidus over on Chaos' side o_O

I knew he and Jecht would butt heads (lol, literally too) but that kind of seems like a lame reason for him to go against the "good side" because of his daddy issues. I hope there's something a little more persuasive :hmmm:

If Aerith is an assist character, I hope they'll reveal more. Hoping for Seifer, Auron, Faris...And just lots more xD
