[CX] The Facility

I've so far found it difficult to organise anything even in small groups. I guess what it is is that people tend to contact one another on the PS3 itself, whereas I don't tend to turn my PS3 on until the evening when I go to play it when most people are either not there or had already organised something and are too busy.

We could try and organise times in here and such but judging from the past it probably won't work that way. Forming parties never seems to work according to the plan. :D
 
It's not too bad for us US people to get together, since the time difference from east to west is 3 hours, and I think only me and Ariana are on the east coast (being ahead of the west) and we both tend to be up late, so getting together with Mits, Nick, Tiara or Kaylee isn't too bad. Getting with the UK residents (being 5 hours ahead of me, 8 ahead of the west coast US) is a little more difficult. I know me and Kaylee work in the daytime during the week, which almost completely eliminates the UK residents. Tiara works nights, so you could certainly grab her for a few games, if she's willing. Kandy's time is far east, but almost like a far west time for us in the US, so it's possible to get her in the US games. But all of us together is going to be super hard to do. Weekends would be the way to go for sure.
 
I just looked up who the new characters for DLC on UC2 are...

I know their names were posted up here but other than Nate in a wetsuit, the dead explorer (from the mountains) and Prakoso (one of Eddie's pirates from UC1 which I already have as I have a special edition of the game) I couldn't recognise any of them.

What the heck are they? :D

I mean I know they are skeletons but are these essentially joke additions and not from the games? I don't remember a silver skeleton or a glowing toxic skeleton lying about anywhere... Then again we never see Genghis Khan (though he is referred to) either so I guess they're just playing about with skins.

They look decent enough, but I just think that they're teasing us a little bit too much with all these skins. They still haven't given us the
Descendants
(UC1) or any of the
Guardians
(UC2) yet... You'd think they'd be higher up on their list.
 
I've always tried to get 10 people together, it just isn't possible in my opinion.

The time differences ugh, well that and its up to whether some feel like playing or not.

I'm up for it right now if anyone wants to play, i got over my ____. That and plans changed, i was supposed to be out all day but i'm not now so...



Anyone?
 
I'll be out of work in less than an hour, then I have to cook and eat dinner. It'll probably be another 2 and a half hours or so when I show up on PSN.

Good news you guys. Im officially getting Uncharted 2 on Saturday :awesome: Oh I can not wait to play with you guys! Im so dying too :gasp: I think my xbox shall scratch some dust for a while :monster: But OMG YAY! I need to get a mic but a cheap version. Im not spending 50 bucks on a mic :mokken:
 
I got my PS3 mic in the post today! =D

I'm annoyed that they actually leave it in the letter box though.

Anyone could just open it and take the goods. 0_o

I shall be having a word with the post office next time I order something like that and make sure that they take it back to the office with them if no one is at home to sign for it.

And no I've not really had a good practice. It was mainly that first night that I played. Been busy with other annoying things after work this week. XD

But it's Friday night tomorrow so I shall be having a go at it then and hopefully have a game with you guys on the weekend! ^^

I'll try and be available at the weekend or friday night at some point to play... I'll be on my PS3 all day on saturday likely (well all day meaning afternoon and for several hours onwards). I might be having friends round though but if everyone else is playing then I could still play I guess and they can watch or we can take turns or something like that. They don't often appear when they say they will anyway, so I'll just say if I can play or not.

The way it'll turn out though... You'll all likely be asleep at the time that this afternoon gaming session happens. :brooding: If any of you are there though then that'll be awesome.
 
Cool, i can try to stay up late but i'm not promising anything. I haven't been able to stay up past 11pm anymore lol. But anyway, i'm up for this weekend so send a invite my way whenever.
 
Well then, UC2 has turned into a karaoke event, what with Ryan and I singing our heads off earlier. xD T'was fun though. The next time we all play and there's a bunch of us, we should just do deathmatch with random people so that we're all in the same team instead of going at it with each other.

Oh and, another thing: Sniping Kaylee like 10 times in a row was awesome. Even moreso when she was killed by the tank twice in a row. :D
 
That tank scared the life out of me when I first saw it coming towards me on multiplayer. I was not expecting it at all. It even destroys parts of the map. :dead: I'm glad that I've never been hiding behind those little walls that it smashes through at the front of the building facing the middle.

Karaoke? :O I'm not sure if I should be sad I missed that or if I should be glad. :D
 
The karaoke was awesome :tehe: I was just singing along to the songs on the TV, I had no idea what half the lyrics were though so I was just making them up as I was going along.

And Kaylee being killed by that tank twice within a minute was unreal. :lew:

I started humming, then Mits started singing, then I started singing. Then Mits put music on and I couldn't for the life of me hear what Nick was trying to tell me :lew:
 
Sounds like alo of fun. When I get a mic ill join in haha xD Ill be the only ine with no mic tommorow I bet :sad3: But ill hear you guys by the speakers :awesome: Also I shall practise the controls so I dont get more deaths xD

Don't worry about being bad at the game if you are as you'll get the hang of it in time. Just so long as you don't get too frustrated when people kill you in humiliating ways. :D
