i chose clouds advent children and crisis core design because he looks more realistic and not like a cardboard cutout that he does in the original game

I personally like Crisis Core version. I'm one of those weird people that don't like the Advent Children one, I think it's too... blah. Idk. XD His sword is pretty badass in AC but meh I don't like his outfit. The KH ones don't really bother me.

I've always preferred the AC cloud. I just feel it's more detailed.

Of course, the alternate outfit from Dissidia 012 isn't that bad either.

can i say all of them? :ahmed:

no?

well, my personal fav are VII and AC. I think VII's was just a perfect depiction of a "mercenary". he looked like he didn't care about his clothes what with them being all sloppy and stuff and to me that was just so attractive and cool. I like his AC clothes because mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmMMMMMmmmm! black looks good on my baby. :inlove: they also looked the most realistic in the sense that if you cosplayed as them you wouldn't look like a complete weeboo. :wacky: plus, Nomura said that he based them off of western motorcycle clothes (with his pants, gloves, boots) and i think he did a really good job at it. it looks attractive and manly, which I can't say for most FF guys. :lew:

so def the VII and AC version :ari:

Been a while since I posted on this board, so yeah, gotta give this game some love.

Heh, this isn't even a question for me. His Advent Children outfit, of course!

It's Clouds own style, which I think is quite appealing, because he isn't borrowing it or pretending to be something he isn't, it's just all him baby! Yum~ Also, his hair is a big factor for me. I liked the eccentricity of the original style, but I just don't think it'd translate very well in real life realism where people are properly proportioned. His hair looks way cooler now without losing any of it's awesomeness. :busta:

Also, in AC, he has sunglasses. They automatically give you a +10 to sexiness. :busta:

I actually like the cape-thing he's got around his waist, too. It immediately makes me think of a very stylized interpretation of a trench coat, which is definitely fitting with the western/biker theme Nomura had in mind. Trench coats also give you a +20 to coolness, which I totally approve of.

Best part of his AC outfit is the wolf symbol though. I even have a pair of earrings that are just like his! ^_^ *happy fangirl moment*

The original outfit was okay, but I didn't like how high the waist appeared to be on it because of the belt/harness. It looked like his pants were threatening to come over his ears at any moment. The KH definitely didn't appeal to me, he looked like he didn't know what kind of tool he wanted to be. So yeah. AC outfit wins.

The AC outfit is also the only one where lovely shots like this are possible. :ohoho:

I voted his original design. Only thing I find odd about it is the massive spike of hair he has sticking out. If it was that outfit, coupled with the hairstyle he had in AC, then it would be a very good design. I also really like the Crisis Core design.

As for the other two, I automatically hate it when FF characters are garbed in pointless layers of clothing. In KH he has that massive scarf/cape which, realistically, would only serve to get in his way all the time when fighting. And the bandages and the wing... What the hell? :hmmm:

And in AC, he wears half a friggin' coat. What good is that? -_-

At least in the original FFVII and in Crisis Core, his outfit is very basic and functional. It's obviously designed more for comfort and practicality as opposed to looking good, which is why they automatically get my vote over the other two.

Voted his Advent Children design. Admittedly, Advent Children was what really pulled me into the world of FFVII, so perhaps there is some sort of bias there. However, personally, I also do not really like the SOLDIER outfit as well, so that's the other reason. And. Honestly, I found the Advent Children outfit to be freaking cool. (The wolf head thingie. That's what)
