I haven't known this singer but whenever I hear a song I know it's Cascada. I even get goose-bumps. My favourite song of hers will have to be Everytime We Touch. The song Miracle seems to be her most succesful song. I've bought the NOW69 CD and her song What Hurts The Most the 11th most popular and favorite song in the UK!

Any Cascada fans out there I would be happy if you posted your comments. As for others who haven't even heard of her I suggest you hear this song

I absolutely detest Cascada. She just takes songs that were good back in their day, throws a synthesised beat in and calls it a new song. And the worst thing is that 80% of people think that she's been creative and come up with something new and amazing when actually it was done 20 years ago.

Bigger version :neomon:
Although I'm not entirely sure that's a good thing :wacky:

I agree with Pools though "She just takes songs that were good back in their day, throws a synthesised beat in and calls it a new song.", a lot of people thought that she made 'Truly Madly Deeply' when adding god knows however many beats she did add destroyed the song. I think the only song she didn't destroy was Avril Lavigne's but that wouldn't be difficult to be honest.

I heard of her, yes, and even liked a few songs such as "Everytime We Touch" and "Kids in America". I don't really like her that much though...in fact I heard of her last year and forgotten about her up until now.

I still think that her voice is nice. She did a good job re-making songs. I can't say she's my favorite either but I still like her songs.

I don't think she even wanted to become a great singer like Madonna or something. People like those songs in her version. I think that's good enaugh.

I was just about to post here asking if that was the lady who sang "Everytime We Touch", but I got the answer in the first line. That being said, I don't particularly care for her, either. The whole smooth-toned woman singing over a rave techno beat is so overdone, it's nauseating.

It's painfully obvious by listening to her songs that her voice is amplified and synthesised and all sorts very heavily on a computer. Just like all dance artists, she actually has a terrible voice. I was unfortunate enough to hear a live version of one of her songs once. She had no tempo, pitch or rhythm and her voice had no power at all.

I don't like Cascada at all, I think they're terrible. As if being your typical crappy dance/rave band with the pretty-blonde front girl isn't enough, I absolutely *hate* them for that cover of Truly Madly Deeply. >_> Nevermind the fact that it was a terrible version, but then all of a sudden of of Cascada's little teeny-bopper worshippers who had never even HEARD of Savage Garden started screaming about how it was the 'BEST SONG EVARRR'. :gasp: Gawd, that annoyed me so much, she doesn't deserve that credit when the song wasn't hers to begin with. >_> I know people do covers all the time but gahhh, this one really bugged me. D:

Hahahah, it's the same with most of her songs, really. "What Hurts the Most" was covered by two other major artists before they even formed. I even heard one person who thought that "Last Christmas" was their original song.

Hahaha I love groups like this....They just make me laugh, it's all chipmunk voices and semi naked ladies prancing around on the videos like its some kind of soft porn.....anything to get the hits eh?

I only ever listen to them when Im out, and admittedly Il sing along but it's hard not too when your hammered and shaking your thang on the dancefloor

In short, I aint a fan really. heard it all before

That one really bugged me aswell. D: It's things just like that why I hate them. -__- That song came on a music channel, well, last christmas :wacky:, and I just knewww that we were all doomed. -_- And it had the exact same effect as Truly Madly Deeply. >> It's like when some dance band did that awful cover of Poison by Alice Cooper, and everyone was like 'Alice cooper? who's she?' :gasp:

I hope you slapped them and said 'she' is a man :stare:

Most (if not all) seem to have the same beat going on in the background as well, I mean if they're going to ruin a song they could a least leave it with some slight dignity. But I totally agree with people when they get annoyed because other people don't know who the original artist is and think that Cascada made them. :gasp:

I've heard of only one of her songs.

Everytime we Touch
was played like crazy back in 2007 I think. Back then I was doing a bit of clubbing/pubbing and everywhere had it playing.

The radio always had it on every station just about too.

It is a nice song, but overplayed a bit much. I've just put it on again now, seeing as I've not listened to it in a couple of years and it brings back memories. >.< It sounds good after not hearing it for a while too.

I've been a huge fan of Cascada since Everytime We Touch. I'm practically in love with all the songs they've done! Dangerous, Everytime We Touch, Evacuate The Dancefloor, Truly Madly Deeply, What Hurts The Most, Fever ... the list goes on, really! They're one of the only dance acts I follow nowadays and Natalie has an amazing voice!

The singer of cascada is natalie horler:
*Beginnings
Horler began her musical career by singing in bars and casinos. At 18, she started to work with different DJs and recorded a number of tracks. This is how she met future bandmembers Manian and Yanou. Her most notable song of her pre-Cascada era is "Piece of Heaven" as Akira.*
One of best dancetrancetechno tracks i luvv ever
