I will also be changing my vote. I really like the B&W one still, so I'll change my vote for 1 to 7 instead. :hmmm: The natural bokeh texture achieved with the DSLR is just perfectly stunning.

Hmm. You raise a good point. I'd probably be kinda pissed myself. xD
I'm not sure under which conditions the last entry was allowed to join in the poll (intentionally late, technical issues, etc.), but there's still quite some time left until the poll closes (June 18th?), so I believe all of the entries have a fair chance at winning.
Plus, the voting just started yesterday, so I think it deserves a place in the running...
 
People are allowed to change their votes though..it's been done before, even in SOTWs. Thing is, #7 is a second entry from one of the participants, and when I put up the thread yesterday, there were 7 entries. However, I didn't realize that one of the entry didn't exactly follow the theme (my fault for overlooking it until the last minute) and PMed the member. I said that I would still accept a late entry if they wanted to submit another one. I didn't wanna deny an entry, even if it's a day late. It's not meant to be rude, and I apologize if it came across that way.
 
I agree with Ari, I'd not feel very good about my work if someone went "lulz sorry, taking my vote from you now because you're not as good as this new one" I've shit self confidence when it comes to my art etc as it is :wacky:

If there were special circumstances where this entry was going to be a day late and the person putting up the poll knew before hand, why not just put the poll up a day late? Then it is proper fair.

I dunno, it just doesn't seem right. People who already voted shouldn't have been allowed to change their vote for a late entry or something.

Not trying to be rude because 7 really is a nice photo, looks great but it's not fair to take votes from people who entered on time.
 
I could allow 3 votes then. :hmmm: I admit I should've just waited and deleted the thread when I realized my mistake.
 
fair enough if it wasnt the persons fault. figured they just casually entered it in late and expected a win

but you still see my point and i still know whoever people changed their votes on will probably feel like crap right now and that's not right.

I just wanted to point out that it might not feel too nice to the people who have their votes subtracted for a late entry
 
I do see your point, yes, and I perfectly understand it. So with that, I'll allow 3 votes, and will adjust the changes I made earlier.
 
#7 is absolutely stunning and the effect is gorgeous! :gasp: I would love to know how the photographer achieved this. :hmmm: Could I add another vote (my third) to #7 please? :)
