Kandy sugar. I like her avatars A LOT. very well done
Any of them could be voted for, but since Kandy focuses more on avatars really than any of the others I'll vote for her. Plus, her work is brilliant.

Kandy does great with her avatars, as do all of them in the list, but as Ryan said, her main focus goes more towards the avatars, so I gotta give it up for her.
