which avatar is best?

It was between #4, #5 and #6 for me. 4 is simple yet stylish, 5 is probably the most aesthetically appealing and 6 is attracting because of the colours. In the end, I went for 4 because I judged it on which avatar I could see myself having - not because I love Alex Turner but because it suits my preferences.
 
Duude, #1 all the way. Screw celebrities and random pretty boys. It's all about Mr. Edison. The lightbulb is a nice touch. Sweeeet.
 
It was between 2 and 5 for me. I ended up voting for 5 because I think it's just a little bit more professional looking than number 2, and I adore the colors.
 
I'm going to have to say 5 as well. None of the others really stand out.. well, with the exception of Mr. Edison and his blinking light bulb xD I like the colors in 5 though, and imo it just looks the best
 
Ah, 4 and 5 for me. I really like 4 a lot, especially the nice use of text and its color...but I thought 5 was far more dramatic and was done extremely well. The black line on the left was a nice touch.
 
#5. A lot of really great avatars, but, #5 looked the best to me. The colors flowed nicely, and the text was readable. Nice, subtle effects as well.
 
I like #3, personally. It's very well-done, and the colours are perfect together.
 
I didn't much care for any of them. I thought them to be stock-ish in the way look. But #5 got my vote. It stands out better than the rest of them IMO.
 
#2. I'm honestly surprised that it hadn't got a vote, the stock/render and the use of lightning and colour are all great and the font really tops it off for me, it looks great, good job =]
