Tifa and Stephen both smiled as Stephen jumped the bar and headed for the Exit "Spread your wings" both Stephen and tifa announced at the same time. The pair exited the bar and waited for Xander and evangeline to follow before picking a direction in which to head for the monster.

Xander looked over to ryoko and said, "We may need you" and said to evangiline "What you dont like the rally call?" He stepped toward the exit and turned back "Come on no time to lose!" he stepped out the pub backwards before turning to see tifa and stephen

Stephen and tifa see many people running and screaming, trying to evacuate the slum. the commotion it almost causes stephen and tifa to panic also.

Xander reached the bottom of the staircase and looked up, there seemed to be several men fighting a huge creature. but he couldnt tell much from here but he stopped momentarily. Ryoko was slowly walking towards his motel to get some sleep, when he noticed more and more people running around and screaming. It was weird at first, but when time passed by, Ryoko understood that something is absolutely wrong. He had that feeling before, already when he left the bar, but now it was growing and growing, even if he didn't let or want it annoy him. Suddenly, he knew. There wasn't second way, he turned around and gave a glance to up.
'' Shinra .... ''
He spotted a huge monster on the construction that was holding the slum safe. Without a moment of hesitating, he started running. His speed was amazing, bigger than a normal human being can reach, but the ability to dodge dozens of humans who were escaping was even bigger, and that made him even more unnatural.
His face got worried in a second and he knew that there are two oppurtunities. One is to escape, other is to help his new friends and beat the beast. At worst they would die under the Midgar upper area. Seeing the people escaping and losing their minds, made his heart beat faster. His blade seemed to blink for once or twice.
'' Can't be... so early. Are they crazy or what. I was told that they won't activate the plan until a day after tomorrow. Shit... did I cause this?'' Ryoko wondered while he was moving closer and closer to the platform. Every second he saw humans panicing, his speed gain huge boosts. Then, he saw two Turks trying to rape a girl. Before the girl noticed, the men were dead, headless.
A moment after that, he was there. He saw Xander and others making their ways towards the platform and Steph rushing in front, it seemed as Steph was always like that. Ryoko's face got dead-serious and his mind tried to stay calm, while his heart was beating. He had heard before that the slums will be destroyed, but now it was happening and what he had done to prevent it. It wouldn't been such a trouble days ago, but now, now when he found someone to work together, even if they were unexperienced. He couldn't stand it a bit. Tho, something made him more relieved for a moment at least. He recognized the monster, it was one that he had saw while it was developed. A old type, probably not so capable as nowadays monsters. But then he noticed the flashing light on the monster. He unseated his blade and shouted:
'' Get the hell away from here! Don't ask, just run... run. His objective is to destroy the pillar. He has been coded to self-destruct if necessary! Just get the hell away!'' Now Ryoko's voice was a lot more worried. His heart was going to beat his mind. The memories from his Turk time had come back, he remembered that the beast will self-destruct and it was a special one. Developed to be a ruler of all soldiers, only controlled by president himself. Tho, the plan failed after Sepiroth came in to play. He now knew his enemies capabilities and class and it was something that others won't handle and don't need to handle. Tho, he could easily notice, that others weren't listening to him, so he shouted again:
'' You evacuate everyone, I hold him!'' Ryoko's voice was now very powerful, it was loud and straight, not a single tone of fear in it. His sword was blinking now, once in every 5 seconds. Something cold spilled out from his body. He pushed Steph away with his cold hand, freezing a part of Stephs clothes, and jumped on the stairs. He started running, but after a second he noticed the followers. He turned away and shouted:
'' ICE BARRIER 2'' A big ice barrier appeared from nowhere and blocked the way to stairs.
'' That should hold them off... a bit!'' He thought and continued running. After dozen of seconds, he was up, standing in front of the beast.
'' Time for limit break ...'' He mumbled. He started glowing softly, so did his sword. Then, he and sword started blinking. His hair was pushed up by the energy spilling out from him, the stairs started shaking, but then, when it seemed to reach the highest power, everything stopped. He was standing still, in middle of icy field. It was snowing softly and wind was blowing gently. A tear dropped from his eye, some why. It fell down and froze, like did his emotions from before.
'' Memories ...'' He whispered to himself and raised his sword. It was now all blue, like ice. It shined and spilled out chillness. He muttered something and started walking towards the beast. It was a huge, quite muscular beast. It had mechanical body parts and his eyes were dark black.
'' Mister Ryoko! Please stop immediately. This will cause a lot of trouble to you!'' A voice told from the beast's mechanical mouse. It was president of Shinra. Ryoko smiled gently and mumbled:
'' Kuroshiro Tashen: 2nd barrier!'' In a mere moment, everything what had been snow or soft land, was covered with death-cold ice. Even air was filled with ice pieces. The temperature fell below a human could stand, but still, Ryoko was there. The connection between monster and Shinra was gone, Ryoko now covered with beautiful blue skin, his hair were frozen, but other parts seemed to function well.
'' Now, show me what you got.'' He told quietly while raising his blade.
OOC: His ultimate limit break
He is a bit ahead of your abilities. Not trying to powerplay, but he has like 10 times the experience you got and so on 
He will always be a hop in character and will avoid you guys most time. But in time, he will start caring about you and will work more together with you. For now, the limit break he used, made a huge ice barrier around the beast and him. It is impossible to be destroyed outside. Their bodies won't exactly fight, but their minds will. The limit break blocades everyone he wants to in to ice world, controlled by him. There he will fight his enemies! And the limit break won't end before one of them falls.So, I think you have time to evacuate or fight against Turks if they come raiding.

Nimbus got in his bike and drove it around Midgar he then seen Zack Fair and what looked like his girlfriend in a park.He parked his bike and walked toward him when he felt a sting in his head and he fell over.He heard his brother Sephiroth laughing maniaclly in his mind which made him shiver.
"Nimbus there he is kill him now"Sephiroth said in his mind.
"Sephiroth its harder he with his girlfriend...."Nimbus said before Sephiroth's voice interrupted him.
"That girl is an anicent and the last one left in the world, she will stop our plan in destorying the world, she must be stopped"Sephiroth's voice said.
"But what if Zack starts a fight you cant tell me that I can fight him alone I mean he killed you"Nimbus responded to the voice but then heard Sephiroth's voice let out a laugh.
" Heheheh then let me control your body for the time being"Sephiroth said.
"How the hell will you do that your dead"Nimbus said.
"I may be dead but I can still control you to do anything I please"Sephroth sadi before a sting of pain blasted through his head and he wasnt himself anymore Sephiroth had full control of him.
"Heehehehe now where were we"Nimbus said but wasnt really Nimbus anymore it was Sephiroth spirit(like what he did to Cloud to give him the black materia).
Zack then turned to see Nimbus walk toward them with sword drawn.Zack went in front of Aeris protectively.
"Who are you"He said grabbing his buster sword and get ready to fight. Aeris ran and hid behind a slide in the park.
"My poor brother ,your dear general you killed him and I am about to do the same thing to you".Nimbus said his voice kind of like Sephiroth's.
Zack the growled and rushed in to attack and Nimbus once Zack was close enough to touch grabbed his neck and pushed him against the slide with his sword close to his neck.
"I have waited forever for this moment the day that you would leave this world forever and the last anicent to watch the blood spatter."Nimbus said smirking he lifted his sword and slashed his neck and blood splattered everywhere and Zack started to turn into little green sparkles.
Nimbus licked the blood off his sword and fingers and looked at Aeris which was in complete shock.He saw a tear run down her cheek.She ran off and Nimbus knew he would have to deal with her later.

He heard Ryokos orders and said "You heard the man, lets evacuate the slumspeople" He barrelled down the stairs until hw was 3 flights above the floor. He saw a High-ranking Shinra soldier stood there waiting for them. He unsheathed his katanas and jumped down taking him out with a slash 3 times he power it wouldve had. He had noo time to savour this victory as He had reinforcements and here they were a full squad of Sargent-majors. "This will be fun"

Without a sound, Evangeline leapt out from the shadows, First Tsurugi biting deep into the back of one of the reinforcements. Her blade slipped free of the dead man, blood spurting from the wound. Surprise! she shouted with a vicious grin. Her blade flashed a few times, driving them back towards Xander. They either faced Xander with his Buster Sword or Evangeline with First Tsurugi. It did not look good for them.

"Nowhere to run boys!" Xander said to the group. He slipped off the bustersword from his back and said "Forgive me brother" He unleashed ultimaslash ((Xanders omnislash btw)) Taking out 14 of his opponents in the process

One confident troop threw a grenade at cloud which, by deflecting it Xander took out another three units "Thanks" He said to the unit in question as he sliced him across the middle

Vendetta slipped out and Evangeline swung the big sword, deflecting the bullets. The bullets twanged off the blade as she crept closer. One of the troopers gun jammed and he made the mistake of looking down to check. Vigilante flew through the air and impaled the poor guy in the chest. His friend next to him also stopped firing, in shock of how fast the blade flew. this made an opening, free of fire from the semi circle of gunners. Instantly, Evangeline ran at full speed straight into the middle of the semi circle. All members fired at her. With grace, Evangeline stabbed First Tsurugi into the ground, leapt on top and arched into the air, over the fire. Only was it too late had they realised their mistake. Bullets crissed across the semi circle and struck their own friends. Two fell immediately after a splatter caught them in the chest. Vladimir came out of the shadows of the park and smirked at Nimbus he walked toward Nimbus and the dying body beside him.
"You hate him that much, Nimbus what a shame it had to end this way"Vladimir said with a velvetly voice.
"He had it coming Vlad he knew his punishment for killing my brother"Nimbus said looking at Vlad.
"Well too bad he was such a nice man"Vlad said following Nimbus to his motorcycle.
Vlad the got in his motorcycle too and the rode off to the Forbidden Forest Nimbus thought maybe there he could collect his thoughts and maybe find out where Sephiroth may be.

OOC: i figured that seems as xander and evangeline were making their way up the tower and Xander told Tifa and Stephen to go on ahead that i would say i had reached the top of the tower.
OOC: You were totally wrong. They were fighting against Shinra reinforcements. So I think you should change your post

Stephen caught what Aeris had said and chased after Xander. As Stephen arrived moments after Xander he saw it, the body of Ex-SOLDIER Zack fair, his corpse, stone cold and lifeless "Xan. . . " Stephen couldn't think of anything to say to him "I'm sorry for your loss" he informed xander as he strode over and placed his right hand on Xanders shoulder.
Stephen then looked around for the culprit and couldn't see anyone.
