With the monster slain, Evangeline's main concern was to get Xander back to his friends. Uncerimoniously dragging the boy along the ground, she shoved her sword back into the harness and used both hands for extra strength.UAGH! You idiot. You know how heavy you are? she grunted. 7th heaven loomed ahead. With a swift kick, the door flew open. Yo! Anyone here? We got someone poisoned badly!

Stephen lay in the bed, still out like a light, Tifa sat by his bed with a look of worry on her face. before she heard the calls from downstairs. Yo! Anyone here? We got someone poisoned badly! Tifa jumped to her feet and ran out of the room and down the stairs. she strode through the center of the bar and looked at evangeline "Place him on this table" she announced as she moved a couple of pint glasses from earlier in the day from it. "We need to get him some Antidote, but im not sure which shops in the slum sells it, Miss could you run to all the nearby shops and find some Antidote or anything that will cure poison"

"Try the one *Cough* with the *cough* Green door at the end of the road" Xander struggled to say as he could barely breathe. He swam in and out of conciousness "They might have a remedy *cough* there is one that *cough* sells antidote but they are 4 blocks away*cough*"
 
Stephen's eyes opened as he sat up slowly, he slid his feet out of the bed and placed them on the floor, his hands were still on fire. a blue and green materia orb appeared in his right hand as his hands extinguished themselves. he slid the materia box out from under the bed and replaced his Add effect materia in it's slot and greabbed his ramuh and Shiva materia. he fused the two orbs into his gloves and stood up, he carried the fire materia that belonged to Tifa as he walked through 7th Heaven.

Stephen entered the room with tifa, Xander and Evangeline. "what happened" he announced as he ran across the room and handed the orb to Tifa. "he was hit by the beasts poison" tifa informed Stephen who gritted his teeth "I'll get him a remedy from the shop just up the road. Stephen jumped to his feet and exited the 7th heaven and sprinted up the street whilst Tifa tended to Xander.

Stephen ran into the shop and purchased a Remedy for 500 gil. . . 500 gil, for one potion, it is OUTRAGEOUS. No time to complain though, Xander was in trouble. Stephen exited the shop and began running back to 7th Heaven.
 
Xander tried to sit up but clutched his hest as the poison caused him more pain, he gasped for breath, trying to make the pain go away. then he lay still, unconcious at last


Rude once more picked up his phone and dialled "Sir, Xander was successfully poisoned but it seems someone intervened with our plans" "Well, make sure xandr thinks were still on his side, he has to until we send her in yo" "I understand sir" Rude said as he turned and headed down to the maih streets of edge
 
Stephen launched through the doors of 7th heaven and threw the Remedy to tifa, who popped off the cap and lifted Xander's head up, gently as to not cause further damage, and slowly poured the Remedy into his mouth. Stephen on the other hand poured a different sort of Remedy down his throat, a pint of Carling was what he was sipping on.

As Tifa finished remedying Xander she rested his head down gently, Stephen placed his glace down as Tifa walked over to him and grabbed his pint and drank a mouthful "jelous much?" she asked causing Stephen to smile "should i be?" he asked with a smile as he stood up and walked behind the bar "hey, no drinking behind the bar" Tifa barked out an order as Stephen let out a laugh "were not open so it dont matter does it ?" Stephen replied as he placed his pint on the Bar.

"How long until the remedy takes effect?" Stephen asked Tifa glanced over to Xander "momentarily" she replied as they both looked on, waiting for him to wake up.
 
Xanders body shuddered as the remedy did its work and his eyes snapped open and he let out a long shaky breath. Xander turned and said "Yo tifa ill have a vodka and coke now please, you know those remedies taste awful"
 
Stephen smiled at Xanders comments as he measured out a double Vodka and filled the rest of the rest of the pint glass with Coke. Stephen then slid the glss down the bar to Tifa who took it to Xander "here you go" she muttered as she handed him the glass. "It's on the house" she continued as she turned back to Stephen who glanced over to Xander "whats next for the Exiles then?" he shouted over with a smile on his face.
 
"Well, for now its some r+r" Xander said "Until we get more information on the attack" He drank a bit of the drink and said "Thanks"

Tifa walked over to Xander "I want to join the Exiles, i want to help you out no matter what happens" she informed him. Stephen walked past and headed outside. Tifa followed him "are you alright Steve?" she asked as he turned around "yea I'm fine, asides your leaving me to look after your bar" he replied causing Tifa to smile "I was going to ask you to come with me actually, I have some friends who can look after 7th Heaven"

Stephen smiled as he spun around and placed both hands onto the banister, Tifa walked up behind him and slid her arms under his and then up his chest so she was hugging him from behind "I'm not gonna let you get away that easily" she informed him, Stephen moved his hands ontop of Tifa's "you aint that lucky"

Stephen and Tifa then headed back into the bar, Tifa held Stephen's right hand with her left. "Xander, we are in" Stephen announced "thats if you want our help" Tifa continued.
 
"hey sure" Xander replied "The more the merrier, or the un-merrier for shinras case" Xander laughed as he raised his glass in a toast "Welcome aboard"

Evangeline was tired. She didnt know why, but her body felt like lead. She had felt like this just before Xander got poisoned. However, her ears perked when she heard the others discussing about joining the "Exiles". Evangeline had no straight idea what it is, but if it secured her accomadation, then it will help her in her search of her past. Grabbing to her feet, she walked towards Xander. I have something to finish with ShinRa, so can i join? she made up, not knowing that her past was deeply intwined with ShinRa and that it wasn't a lie.
 
Xander turned once again and saw evangaline by him. he stared at her for a moment, looking her up annd down then walked away a few steps and turned again to face her. with a serious look on his face he bowed to her then stood up again this time smiling broadly
"Hey, you saved my life, i would be honoured if you joined us, would you like something to drink?" Xander said and continued in a slight whisper so the others couldnt hear him but she could "Sorry about tripping out when you mentioned hojo but if we can talk in private i will tell you why it happened"

Ryoko stood up. His picture was already a lot clearer and it seemed he had slept for a while. He smiled to himself and stood up. He slowly took his blade lying next to him and seated it. After a minute of cleaning his clothes, he left the train and walked towards the 7th heaven bar. With the time he had made his way to bar, his body had regenerated all the damage.

'' God, I love this materia ...'' He whispered. He had equipped faster regeneration materia before the figth, like he always did. Soon, he noticed Xander. He gave a smile to him and stopped in front of him. Evangile was also standing near Xander.

'' Sorry for the pass out. I was a bit too sleepy, but I think my explosive powder helped you guys a lot. Some kids already told me that Steph beat the beast with powerful explosing hit. Dumb one, his hand could have been destroyed during the explosion the powder made, but anyway. I am accepted right?'' He told with quite cold voice. It seemed as he was already feeling twice as good as the others were. Battle experience didn't let him get exhausted as fast as the others did, still he had fall asleep. Mainly because he had got contact with poison for a bit, just enough for not killing him, but enough for draining his power. After hearing the answer he walked next to the bartender.

'' Hello, I would take a whisky!'' He told quite loudly and dropped 100 gold coins on the table.

'' Drinks by me.'' He shouted quite loudly. Suddenly guys came to get free drinks. Somehow Ryoko was happy, maybe it was because he had found a organization against Shinra, or was it because the poison had spared him.

'' There is something wrong tho ...'' He thought.

'' The poison, it was surely too strong ... it is almost impossible that Shinra didn't want this beast to be cought as fast as possible... or ... ehh, it was on a mission. Hmm, I wonder, do they want to kill Xander or someone else.'' Ryoko wondered while some guys were cheering because of free drinks.
 
OOC: solidjuss, the 7th Heaven bar is not open for business to the public atm so the guys who came over to the bar would have had to be barret and co, the other members of the exiles and Myself and Tifa are the only two bar staff members in 7th heaven atm so I'll get you ya whiskey now.

BIC: Stephen smiled as Ryoko placed an order for a whiskey and whatever anyone else wanted, Stephen stepped behind the bar and poured out the double measure of whiskey and then placed it on the bar. Stephen then collected the required Gil from the bar after pouring out 3 pints of larger and another double whiskey.

After Stephen put the cash in the till he stepped out from behind the bar and walked back towards Xander, Tifa and evangeline. Stephen had a smirk on his face "So Xander, do you think that creature was after a certain member of the Exiles" Stephen slid the star pendant off and handed it back to Xander "or do you think it was sent after all of us?"
 
"Ill have another while your buying my friend" he said clapping ryoko on the back and heading back to talk to evangeline Before he had made it all the way Stephen was talking to him. He turned around and accepted the star pendant back from him then listened to his questions. "From the intel i have been given it escaped, it was not sent after anyone, However as i got the intel from the turks it seems likely that shinra may have sent it but the turks were countering it" Xander said "However, it is also possible that the turks were the ones who sent it as they seemed to have a pretty good idea where this thing would be" Xander added in thought "Tell you what ill try figure it out and then ill tell you" He realised he still didnt have his drink and said to stephen "Vodka and coke, just theway i like it, hes buying"

Ryoko smiled as Xander had moved back to him to get his drink.

'' I never thought that 100 golds is that big money ... you know, once I was a rich and noble boy, I lived almost everywhere and I had everything, but then... that isn't important. The point is that from that time, I have some ears here and there .. and thought it would best to inform you and other exiles. There is a special plan that Turks are working on ... for half an year at least. They might have already started it and it's pretty dangerous.'' Ryoko looked the eyes of Xander. He seemed to be very interested and a bit shocked as well. Then he took a glass of whisky and told:

'' That's all I know ... The ears may hear a lot, but it is not easy to make them to talk.'' Ryoko told now with more relaxed voice and drinked his whisky. He dropped another 100 gold on the bar and told:

'' You can put it somewhere ... If I run out of money, I will know that I can get a whisky here.'' Then he stood up and left the bar. It seemed as Xander wanted to ask something but he ignored him. The moment he stepped over the doorway, he turned back and told quickly:

'' If you run in to some trouble or need aid, I will be there. Don't try to search me, do something more useful.'' Ryoko's voice was quite cold and that is why no-one said anything back. Then, he was gone.

"Dammit" Xander said, "it really seemed like he knew something more than that, although a dangerous plan that may have begun? could that beginning be the mutation today? i wonder what the plan is" Fayd said to himself. he had turned back to evangeline and was about to say something when a terrified man ran in "Somebody help theres a monster loose in the slums and its killed 3 men"
Xander looked around and said "remember guys, teamwork is the key, we can relax later but for now the exiles have to fly" He said checking his katana were correct and shouldering the buster sword once more
 
Evangeline was glad she got accepted, and the new monster wasn't that much of a bother. The only thing she couldn't bear was the saying in response. She was never one for such loud and cheesy cheer, but it seemed as though Xander was expecting a response. Ah, what the hell. Spread your wings. It turned out wierd. She had intended it to be loud and clear, but her internal response made it muffled at the end. Right good enough for now. She nodded, satisfied and headed after Xander
