Another way

Ryoko saw as the beast was getting up again, quite eagerly. Then, the fiend opened his mouth. Without a moment of thinking, Ryoko shouted and started casting:

'' Barrier '' His voice was loud and powerful and a barrier that covered Steph in a second, reflected back the poison that the fiend had charged at him. Ryoko smiled but he knew that he may only be able to reflect it back once or twice more.

'' Don't get lazy boy.. He will soon find a way to pass those... these experiments are smarter than they seem.'' Ryoko shouted to Steph while he unseated his sword once again.
 
Xander had slipped an armlet from his pouch and put it on. He readied his katanas and ran inwards to the larger of the 5 monsters, the one that was all mouths. He unleashed a self created combo known only as the 'heart of exile', it consisted of several random slashes, thus it cannot be correctly predicted. When he stepped back ready to attack, thats when it went a little wrong. He saw the girl from earlier coming up recklessly to the monster. As the monster bore down on her Xander leapt infront of the blow, it sent him skidding to a corner of the clear area within which they were fighting "Oof" was all he said as he felt concioussness retreating from him
 
Stephen saw xander get knocked down and looked up to face the creature. It had four ball like creatures hovering around it's ankles, they kept speeding out to attaack things and Stephen had an idea, he ran over close enough so one of the small bugs charged at him and he kicked it back at the monster, causing it some damage, he kept repeating this process with all the bugs. after a few hits, the smaller bugs were all gone and Stephen recieved a large right armed back hand slap, launching him into one of the carrages, a Green light ingulfed him and as he looked up he saw that it was Tifa who cast cure on him, Stephen smiled as he got back to his feet and strode over to her "this thing seems to be fairly strong" he informed Tifa "But it seemed weak against fire" she informed him, Stephen then though and smiled "thats it" Stephen stepped infront of Tifa with the smile stil on his face "Tifa, i have an add status materia in my materia box, it's in my room in 7th Heaven. It's hidden under the top of my bed" a red orb appeared in each of Stephen's hands "Give me your fire materia, and take this two, place my materia in the box and brng bacl my add status" he informed her. Tifa gave him a green orb and took the two red.

"Go Tifa, and hurry back" he announced as he turned, absorbed the red orb into his right hand than then pointed his hand at the Mutant "FIRE" he announced before a small explosion hit the beast. Tifa ran off and Stephen gritted his teeth "I just hope i can get close enough" he muttered
 
At the same time as Xander appeared and got beaten, her head throbbed and her vision blurred. Evangeline retched up what was left in her empty stomach onto the ground before coughing up blood. Wiping her mouth, she realised that she was thinking straight once again, the past few minutes seem surreal and blurred. Tch, it happened again. With First Tsurugi and Vendetta in hand, Evangeline wobbled up onto her feet. Damn, if it wasnt for me, that guy wouldnt be injurred. "I just hope i can get close enough" Turning to the mutter, she say the same guy from 7th Heaven. Feeling a bit responsible to his friend, Evangeline walked up and offered her assistance. Your friend is injured because of me. If you need a distraction, i am happy to create one. she offered with an extrememly serious face.
 
Stephen glanced over his shoulder to see the girl who was drinking in the pub "I'm not sure how I'm going to get close enough to it to land a punch without getting heavily poisoned anyway, but i have a plan on how i can deal some heavy damage to it with great ease.

Meanwhile back at 7th Heaven. . .
Tifa ran through the slumbs and into 7th Heaven, she Entered SStephen's room and over to his bed. She reached under it and grabbed the materia case, she pulled it out and discovered that it was extremely neat, with labeled slots for each materia, she replaced Shiva and ramuh given to her by Stephen and took the Added attack materia. she pocketed the materia she grabbed, closed the box and ran back towards the train graveyard.

Train Graveyard. . .
stephen looked over at Xander and had an Idea, he ran over to the unconscious man and began shaking him to wake him up "Come on Xan, wake up" he announced as he shook slightly harder in the hope that the man would come to.
 
Xander felt the shakes and heard the mutterings. Relax ste" He said attempting to get up "I wont go that quickly" He stood up shakily and said "So any ideas on how to beat this thing? i mean if you need protection from poison use this pendant" He slipped of the star pendant and gave it to stephen "So other than that it doesnt like fire?" Xander charged up a spell and unleashed a large fireball at the creature
 
Stephen smiled as he took the Star pendant and slid it on his wrist "i have the perfect idea" he announced as he turned and jogged over to meet up with Tifa who had just arrived. "here, i have it" she announced as she handed him the materia "thank you tifa" Stephen replied as he took the materia from her hand and fused it into his right glove, before both hands began glowing red. he spun around and looked at Tifa "Incase i don't survive this plan" he announced before kissing her.

Stephen then spun and sprinted at the creature, his hands burst into flames as the materia combonation kicked in. Stephen smiled as he ran into a large cloud of poison gas being exhailed by one of the creatures mouths. he jumped and planted a physically strong punch to the side of what seemed to be it's face, knocking it to the floor.
 
From the point that Steph started using fire attacks, Ryoko stayed low. He tried to ignore the fight and sat on a train, only fighting when it was necessary.

'' Darn fire... but huh, Turks didn't get rid of that easy one... there should be a trick somewhere hidden.'' Ryoko thought and jumped off the train.

'' Sorry Xander, but I see that you are going to finish him off yourself... I will stay back just in case... Besides I need to rest a bit'' Ryoko told quietly when he had walked next to Xander and then quickly backed off. When he was around 20 meters away from them he sat down and started looking his blade. The ancient carvings were glowing gently. It happened always when the blade got near fire and that's why he thought it is best to stay away. Then, he did some weird movements with his blade and said:

'' Ice-barrier '' In a moment an ice-wall was all around him and Ryoko slowly closed his eyes.
 
Xander had heard the voice and nodded, concentrating on what stephen was doing, if he needed help then xander would help, poison or no poison. He heard the ice forming and gave a quick puzzled glance over to the wall ryoko had dissapeared behind "Thats one wierd guy" Xander said quietly before turning back to watch stephen. he readied his blade for fight just in case
 
Evangeline stood impatiently at the edge. Brilliant! she muttered sarcastically So the plan is to jump into the fray and leave us watching here. Nice. After her ittle complaint, she turned to Xander to apologise. I am very sorry about what had happened. If you had not helped me, you would not have been injured. Please accept my apology. She slipped Vendetta back into First Tsurugi and continued to watch the guy charge into the smog of poison.
 
"Forget about it, i get hit worse by my brother" Xander said laughing "And he hits like a girl, his girlfriend packs a bigger punch than him" He laughed yet again. He brought The buster down to the ground and rammed it into the ground. He said "Strife is peaceful" and turned to the girl again. "So, where did you get that fine looking blade?" he finished pointing to it

((OOC: if anyone wishes to know what the saying is all about just ask xander))

Rude stood on the edge of the nearby bridge overlooking the fight. He picked up the phone and rang a number in the list. "Sir, Test 1 seems a success, perhaps we should start test 2" Renos voice rang back "Just do it yo!" it said before hanging up "...ok" Rude said to himself as he rang the next number "Send her in"

Stephen lifted the monsters up by the top jaw of one of it's mouth and began hitting it in the head repeatedly, each time it screeched in agony "this. . . is. . . to . . . Easy. . . " he announced between punches before a large tentacle knocked him flying backwards through the air, he flipped backwards and landed on his feet graciously, before dropping to one knee. "crap he hits hard" he announced as Tifa jogged over to him "Stephen" She announced with a worried tone as he got up to his feet "keep me healed Tifa" Stephen announced before sprinting back towards the beast.

after a couple of hits each time the beast would knock him back and tifa would cure him. the final time the beast knocking him back Stephen gritted his teeth "fuck this" he announced as he was engulphed by an orangy yellow glow "fist flurry!" he shouted as he sprinted in and unleashed a small combo of powerful punches against the beast (similar to Tifa's beat rush) on the final punch the beast hit the floor and curled up in a ball before disapearing. Stephen fell to his knee's as he was low on energy "damn, that was tuff"
 
"So, where did you get that fine looking blade?" Evangeline stayed silent for a few seconds before replying. I do not know. I seem to have lost most of my memory after escaping from some explosion in a derelict house. I found this... hefting First Tsurugi to chest level and my clothes, in a locker with the same number imprinted on the test tube i broke out from. She had never talked to anyone about this, but she thought maybe this man could help her with finding her past.
 
"That sounds awfully familiar, that was somewhere quite a distance from here, am i right?" Xander said, he had heard a similar story from his brother when he had found out about hojos experiments "Or was it in the shinra building?" He added quietly
 
It was quite a distance from here. I know that much because it took me a while to reach here. Just thinking of the grueling walks sent a shiver down Evangeline's spine. It is most distressing to wake up after what felt like a long sleep, only to find that there are guards out to kill you. I have to find this "Hojo" (is he still alive?) so that i can clear up my past. Talking was all well and good, but with a battle raging on in front of her, Evangeline could not suppress her impatience. This Stephen had said he had a plan, so she will wait. However, the berserk had siphoned all her patience and she itched to rid of these monsters.
 
“hell no! Not him!" in anger he grabbed the buster sword and launched a strong slash down on the creatures arm. He drew his katanas and unleashed all his anger on the monster. The blades slowly drained the beasts hit points. As the beast fell Xander dropped the katanas and shouted "HOJO YOU BASTARD!!!" he suddenly vomited due to the poison and dropped to his knees in pain
 
Evangeline was suprised at Xander's sudden burst of anger. He fell the beast easily, but in turn was poisoned. The few straggling monsters began for the boy. She ran. First Tsurugi made short work of the little beast, flashing out and cutting them from both sides. Evangeline did not stop as she reached Xander, but grabbed him by th collar and continued running, dragging him away from the centre of the field. Damn it. What the hell are you doing? I don't have any healing materia to help you with.
 
In a mere moment, Ryoko had bursted the ice wall around him together. It was like a reflects, when Xander fell, Ryoko stood up. He unseated his blade and run next to the woman grabbing Xander.

'' You get away, leave the beast for me!'' Ryoko shouted and got in to battle position. His face was death-serious and his sword was glowing softly, waiting to stab his opponent.

'' Barrier'' He mumbled quietly and a magical aura surrounded his body, just in case. He jumped towards his enemy and saw as the beast bursted out a wave of poison. But this was as Ryoko had expected. He didn't dodge or burst it back, he let the poison hit him. But just before touching the body of Ryoko, the magical aura around him had gathered in front of the poison and reflected the poison away. The aura vanished, but Ryoko was now in front of the beast, sword raised and blade ready to swing. But then, something unpredicted happened. The beast had a extra mouth on his shoulder and it attacked Ryoko. Withing a mere moment, it charged an gas-arrow of poison towards Ryoko.

'' Ice 2 '' He whispered while his blade was moving towards the poison. The moment it touched poison, ice filled everything between the beast and Ryoko. His face got a bit more calmer, as he just managed to save himself.

'' Close huh...'' He sighed and jumped two big steps backwards while his blade was still ready to hit.

'' ICE 3'' Ryoko told sowly while the ice wall in front of him was collapsing. The beast had destoryed it with his powerful hands. A second later, a big ice tower came from nowhere and destoryed everything inside it. It got chilly everywhere around the train graveyard, at least in 30 meter radius. But the fact it was cold, saved Ryoko. He felt how something was breathing , he saw as vapour went towards him. He slashed as hard as he could towards his back and saw the beast in front of him, his hand pressuring on his blade. Ryoko smiled while the beast was opening his mouth to spill out poison. While the body of Ryoko's was trying to get away, his left hand throw a little bag to the mouth. By a mirracle, Ryoko had dodged the wave of poison.

'' ... Thank to god he took the bait ...arghh ..'' Ryoko mumbled as he was running towards Steph. It seemed as no-one did know what he throw inside the beast but it seemed as it didn't help a bit.

'' I got to go... guys end it yourself ...'' Ryoko told and did a amazing rush towards a cabing around 20 meters away from the battlefield. The moment he jumped in, he collapsed.

'' Thanks to god... safe spot ..'' He thought while he was falling down. Then, his picture got blurry and a moment later he lost concious.
 
Stephen spun and punched the creature after Ryoko's little raged combo. Stephen then kneed the beast and began a combo of flaming punches and kicks. Stephen was seemingly enjoying the fight now that he had the flame element attached to his physical attacks. the beast managed to sink it's teeth into Stephen's shoulder, the star pendant began glowing as it absorbed the poison, but Stephen still felt excruciating pain.

As the beasts grip was broken by a punch Stephen dropped to his knee's "owch" he muttered under his breath as he stood back up and punched the creature again and again, after a couple of punches stephen began glowing green and his shoulder healed, Stephen headbutted the beast as he announced "thank you Tifa" the beast stumbled back "time to end this" he announced as he punched the beast in the chest, the beast set on fire from the inside and exploded.

Stephen fell to his knee's and as he fell backwards Tifa caught him "Tifa" he muttered as he looked her in the eyes, hers were watering, "It's over steve, you killed it" Stephen smirked "Tifa, i need to sleep" he muttered as his eyes closed and he fell unconscious. Tifa picked him up and carried him to his room in 7th Heaven and lay him on the bed, she then pulled up a chair and sat next to him.
 
OOC:My sis(sir integra hellsing) is going to be gone awhile and she wants me to control her character on here until she gets back if thats ok.


Nimbus watched the people fight the monsters and happened to notice the man he fought Zack's brother and smirked and seen Evangeline the girl that desperatly need to find Hojo he then grabbed his sword and made it glow blue with his materia power and jumped up and rammed it down to the ground and summoned bahamut out of the hole he made he tried to make sure they didnt see him but he probably already got their unguided attention.Then he noticed Tifa and his eyes went wide he never saw her since the nilbhiem incident.
