Hi Guys,
So I checked around and found there was a 'what annoys you' thread but not a 'who annoys you thread' so I decided to create one.

So, do you have anyone in your life that you can't get away from that just constantly annoys you? Someone you wish you could tell to get lost or go away but can't because they're a colleague, family friend, etc?

I have this old man at work, he sits next to me and is constantly chatting away in my ear. At first I used to just smile and make light chitchat or comments with him just to keep him happy, but after a year of it I am finally sick of it. He tells me about his water tanks or tells me about a random phone call he had that I am clearly not interested in.
He says half a sentence, laughs like a crazy person and waits for me to respond... I really have no idea what to say.

I have started to ignore him completely, staring at my screen as he talks to me, making the odd "hmm" sound here or there but mostly I just say nothing and he happily has a whole conversation with me without me even saying anything. Omg it is the most irritating thing ever!!

I know there is nothing I can do about it, he is my work mate, i can't tell him to shut up, so I just deal with it and silently rage. :rage:

now what about you, is there anyone like that in your life? :)
 
Ugh yes.

It happens to be a close friend.

Just lately they've started to get on my nerves but they haven't done anything that bad that I could just say, 'Fuck you I'm outta here.' =/

It's just the constant whining and negativity she always has about her that has really put me off and I have no idea what to say.

I really want to ditch the friendship and continue on with my life but it's kinda hard. >.<
 
It's hard to say. Some people are annoying, but sometimes when you're around them enough, you have to get used to it.

But yes, it's possible to annoy me.

There are some people that are annoying and then there are those who you despise and recently ive found out more people that i despise than are actually annoying like my mates ex -_-' clingy little fucker she is...
 
Hmmm... People that annoy me. It usually is my older brother. He's not annoying all the time, just when he thinks he's doing something very funny, but really not. And when I ask him for something, and he doesn't respond. I hate it when he does that!!! He can just give me a simple "NO" but he just sits there, not saying anything, acting like he didn't hear me
 
Urgh...I think everyone has at least one person who is an absolute pain in the bum to deal with...whatever the relationship may be.

I have one or two girls at work who are dreadfully annoying, and laugh so damn much, I wouldnt mind, but one of them laughs like a witch, its literally a cackle! Also when there are customers to serve and tables to wait, then do your damn job! If Im calling "Food out!" Stop standing there gossiping >.< The other girl just acts all high and mighty all the time, moans about food, when shes stick thin and its like the same stories/comments everytime I work with her...annoying.com!

Fuck yea. About everyone annoys me to some extent nowadays. It's mostly due to recent emotional issues but I still find that I'm annoyed by my mom and slot of my own friends. Its because I want someone to listen to me for once etc. etc. Because everywhere I go some whiny ass friend of mine, or stranger decides to talk to me and ends of spilling all their guts out. I could personally care much less as I'm not one to whine about my problems, but it's soooo annoying when I have to listen while someone's all "The worlds against me. My life's ruined" etc etc. As if I have no problems of my own. And whats even more annoying about most of these people I know is that when I want to talk about something bothering me they are either no where to be found or just make lame excuses not to be around me. It's like I'm only meant to be an audience for some people, including my family. I don't feel like listening to other people's problems and I can only take but so much. Now another type of people who annoy me now are those people who automatically assume things about you. Apparently they knew EXACTLY what you're thinking when you're thinking it. -__- Most of them get offended because they jump to conclusions. That's the fucking worst for me -_- I swear accusing me of something you assume I did or talking to other people about how I feel at the moment when there's no way you have any idea how I'm feeling is definitely the trigger to my loaded gun. It's what I hate the most.

I could go on all day about the types of people I hate, but I feel it would become a rant and then some guilty person would get offended and start shit. So yeah that's it :yay:
 
I would say a particular person annoys me, just groups of people. I'll quite easily get along with anyone if they are a genuinely decent person, you get the arses but they're easy to ignore so I wouldn't say they 'technically' annoy me. The only group of people that I can quite happily say that annoy the living fuck out of me and the ones who deliberately go out of their way to put you down by acting or saying things towards you or someone else to basically say 'you're not good enough' or 'I'm superior', that sort of thing. And I'm not classing this in the 'arrogance' category since nearly everyone, at some point are arrogant. These are the 'fuck off out of my life' sort of people. :dave:
 
Well lately I have a new coworker whom I feel I might verbally assault in do time.
After the breakfast buffet was taken down at work I asked my co worker if she had any fruit left,I was hungry:( she said no but there was a ham and cheese crossant left and to grab it.
Thus I grabbed my eats,and began to eat, only to have the overwight borderline obese cook come to follow me and say I stole his food he had planned to eat it...
Ugh yesh sorry dude imo im doing you a favor you dont need the extra fat(not thet I do) thus started the day of him calling me a cockroach all day....
Mind you this is after a weeksworth of him asking me for cigarettes every day.and me being kind and giving him them.
Yes I ate the damn sammich thingy but if he calls me a cockroach tomorrow im seriously going to tell him "Yes but im one who can buy her own smokes and drive herself from point a to point b (hes been scabbing rides from folks as well since he currently is vehicless)

My brother is the one person on Earth who I find myself annoyed at near-constantly. Sure, there are times when others annoy me - lots of times even, but, generally, I get annoyed and then get over it. Not so with my brother. He knows exactly how to wind me up and how to make me snap.

The other day, we were just texting, talking about random shit, and then he said something, and the next thing I knew, I was having a screaming match down the phone with him. It's ridiculous, when we're nice to each other, we get on really well, but, when he annoys me, I get really annoyed. I think it's because he's the only person who knows how to wind me up so badly. If anyone else said the shit he says to me, I could laugh it off, but when he says it, I just get really annoyed :lew:
 
I don't tend to get annoyed by people very easily, but then I'm usually quite frigid around those who do and thus they tend to get the message and leave me alone. It's my younger sister that bugs me the most, but then that's just basic sibling rivalry. I bear her no ill will, and hope she feels the same!
 
i have an annoying prick like that... thing is, he's like a brother to me. he's a good friend but he's obsessed about the Nazi regime and WoW. If it's not that, it's about him having cyber sex with his girlfriend or the whores he keept adding to our convos on msn...

dont wanna block him though bcause he's generally a good lad....just wish he'd stop with the fugly hoes and the constant nagging bout WoW and german secret weapons >.>
 
In general, rude people annoy me, and people that try to make other people look stupid for the fun of it. I really hate the kind of people that are like, do you like X and im like...no. Tough shit you are getting it anyway. Probably a poor example, but just people that are cunts for no reason argh. They do my head in. I dont like people that love them selves and lok down their nose at you

Fuck you, youre not better than me. And I can bet you anything I own I'm happier than you so go sneer elsewhere if Im not a tanned bimbo and wearing what you deem as acceptable. I will never ever drink in Deansgate locks again, the stuck up women there. Ughh and the men, jesus christ, slime balls. Its like a cattle market

Im trying to think if i know anyone personally with any of these traits - but I dont think I do. I certainly wouldnt be friends with someone with the qualities listed.

I'll be crouching on the floor counting stock and they come up and interupt you while you're clearly counting out loud so that it's obvious to people that you are counting!!! :rage:

Some rush up and say, 'I know you're counting but where are the pregnancy tests?'

Great, I was only up to 49, wait 50, oh fuck it I'll start again, no biggie. <_<

Then there are the old fogies who come up and say, 'Say a prayer for me.'

Haha that's so funny because I'm kneeling and look like I'm praying. Like I've not heard that one before. I fake a laugh and roll my eyes when they're gone. <_<

Then there are the ones who say, 'Looks like you need a chair.' 'Working hard.' Yes yes yes, I would like a chair but I can't sit in the aisles and I am working hard you old fuddy duddy!!! :rage:

I rage every time I think about customers that are old people in my store. They think they're funny but they just aren't. :sad3:


Fogie: An elderly person, usually someone who constantly finds fault with everything and reminiscs to times of WWII. Spends many hours a day waiting for buses because their children refuse to listen to them while driving. Usually working class and annoying to most. Most people will just attempt to ignore them rather than tell them to be quiet.
 
There actually happens to be such a person at my college. I have no idea what his name is and I really don't care. He's an absolute and total cunt and is one of the few people that I wish I could shoot every time I see him. Arrogant little shit that he is, he thinks he's a fucking god at yugioh simply because he's won a few local tournaments.

Can't keep his mouth shut eitherp; I'm working on a decklist and he come over behind me and looks it over and says ' you should put tour guide of the underworld in there.' So I look the card up. Worthless for the deck I was working on at the time. Now, I simply ignore any attempt he makes at communication with me, and whenever he's there, I simply pull on my headphones and drown him out.

Doesn't help he's got one of those really annoying voices like my ex.
 
Pretty much all my family on my dads side. Except grandpa, he's mad cool. Other than him, the others could move to another country tomorrow with out telling us, and I wouldn't shed a single tear. Actually I would throw the mother of all partys.

Everybody else I can either get along with, or pretend to get along with for long periods of time. But I'm just done with the others already.
 
There is a kid I used to pick on a lot and now we are good friends... He's always been a bit annoying though. I feel REALLY bad that I don't care about a whole lot that he has to talk about because he is a really good kid... I do the occasional head nod or "Mhmm" to acknowledge that I was paying attention and smile politely even though I really don't care at the time :(

I feel bad and I hope it doesn't make me a bad person...
