Sorry for the double post, but, as I've read, only Squee and Valkyur are at the Grey Oak. So, as soon as they finish their "recruit" posts, the party's going to be leaving to the land of Virgio. If you want to be a part of this phase of recruitment, please post as soon as possible. Or, if you wish to wait, take note that your time to come in is nigh. ;)

On a side note, thanks for everyone posting so far! :D

Not yet, but the people are already starting to hire people to help them on some 'civil business'. Possibly the prelude to the real story.
 
well i intend Mystro to be on his own side (was keeping it a surprise) as he is one with great blood-lust, will not fight under anyone, and also fights only for himself. And i already stated earlier i do not intend to wake him until the stor dies.

if any needs changing i will do, just tell me if he needs to wake and join the rest of you, i have no problem changing it.
 
yeah sorry for the minor confusion, but i am thinking of joining u on later in the story, possably as a temporary-but-nuetral ally, and i think he will be a good help
 
I second tipsynaruto's idea. Better to await the GM's response before getting on ahead. After all, he may have some idea in mind as to how we are to get to the city. If there is some kind of civil affair the people are so keen to handle, they'll most likely take on the idea of sneaking in. Leaving this part to bara.desu would be appropriate, in my opinion.
 
ok well i will keep actively posting when the storm clears, but to make myself sure i dont interfere with the story, im only skimming the posts while i go and temporarly do my own thing lol, so dont mind me i know what im doing
 
Sorry for the inactivity guys. To be honest, I forget this thread existed. :P

Anyway, yeah, Valkyur was right on the money with the "sneaking in" bit. As soon as (as far as I know the only one left) Tipsynaruto posts her second post, the characters will be piled into carts and carried away. Also by the time she joins, the storm should clear a bit (ie not raining, but still stormy).

Basic Outline so far (as I see it):

- Tipsy posts
- Party leaves the Grey Oak
- Hiding in a cart
- Character introduction (to each other)
- Character bonds (however many posts you need; it's supposed to be a long trip)
- Cramped conditions within the cart (hilarity/conflict ensues?)
- Arrival in the capital city of Fertilis
- City description in the works :)
- Relax at "inn" after trip
- Inn is HQ for Mannus Ferrea
- Begin guerrilla warfare/military actions against Atrum's forces
- This section is HIGHLY open to change
- You guys, via your posts here or your characters, decide what the best course of action is to aid the Mannus Ferrea (or not aid at all :D )
- Stuff stuff stuffy stuff
- A to be determined climactic plotline

what about when the storm dies? this is an important thing for my character, as i have stressed...
 
He said that it would stop raining after Tipsy posted, so just hold your horses till then I suppose.

@Schwarze: What do you mean by "not as simple as [it] appears"? If you mean its brevity, then I specifically structured it that way. That way, everyone doesn't feel too constrained from maintaining precision to the outline. With just a few highlighted points, the remainder of the "plot" is determined by you, the "players" (couldn't think of a better term). However, if anyone finds it too lax or whatever, I wouldn't mind having an informal election to find someone to create a more concrete story.

@Squee: Since the storm is such an integral part of your character introduction, I'll let you decide when the storm "officially" ends. I'm also looking forward to your "surprise". :)

@Tipsynaruto: ....................I concede defeat. Granted, I typed this up between class and a long stretch of work. :D
