Unless you manage to figure it out through trial and error. The same could go for building weapons of a certain material such as platinum, maybe even include weapon elements which add a boost of power/weakness to certain elemental enemies (not the spell enchantment, an auto-element).

The ingredients are very expensive too. Some of them require you to explore dark and deep dungeons.
Maybe exploring certain areas could unlock them? or a quest could be involved? Maybe an NPC alchemist could sell them once you have completed the quest.
Well it is a great idea, but the item limit may be a problem... hope it is okay though, I don't know much about the technical side of the RPG, I just kill stuff in there.
I think there should simply be a potion called Antidote that cured Poison and Remedy for Bio perhaps...
Also this might be a bit too much but instead of adding only FFGame characters, why not add characters from other games lol. I suppose there are avatars for characters like Mario, Wesker, Snake, Sonic and guys like that lol.
Having an area called Raccoon City were you fought zombies and Nemesis would be cool
I actually preferred RE 2 to RE4. Not in terms of gameplay, but storyline wise.
I say there should be an Umbrella Corp area. Layout should be like Castle Oblivion. And at the end you could fight Wesker/Marcus/Birkin.
Ok, let say we:
*Add Special Attacks as spells too instead on relying on Attack Types.
*Use attack types for special abilities like
-->Quick Run: increases spd and eva
*Add areas related to other games, like Jimmy's idea (Raccon City, Balamb Garden, Calm Lands, The Castle that Never Was, The World that Never Was, etc)
*More components for specific weapon and other item types.
Another thing you could do is make areas such as Agrabah, Atlantica, TWTNW, Twilight Town etc actually have more than 1 area. EG:: Agrabah gates, Agrabah Bazaar, Palace courtyard. You could move to each area by chocobo or something. This will make the areas have a more KH feel to it.
We also need to balance each spell, weapon, armour and attack types. Spells could be less damaging than melee, but you can use them for a more strategic move. Each and every weapon/armour has Modifiers like in FF.
EG: Robe +5 Def + 15 MDEF.
Iron cuirass +5 MDEF +15 Def
Elven Bow +30 Dex, +5 Str
Elven Sword + 25 Str + 5 Def
This way, each weapon class can be used for certain situations. Rather than using swords and staffs for EVERYTHING.
I would like more music but what I really want is to know how to get it to work. It won't work for me and when I try to add the plugin it won't work. I suggest that be fixed, but I also think you should stick mainly to FF don't add too many areas from other games... I like the ideas about special attacks and not just attack types but I think spells should be easier to use and learn, Arcane is a bad idea or at least some of the spells are set to high. If you try to advance by buying a new pet you have train arcane forever... I think that should be fixed.
