[13/09] New Final Fantasy XIII-2 Trailer on 15th, Sazh Making Appearance

BS11′s FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 special show is only 2 days away now. To remind you, a set of two commercials has started airing on BB11. Commercials are promising new gameplay footage, interview & systems.


On September 15, Japanese TV station, BS11, will be airing a special FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 related broadcast. The broadcast will be airing the program from 20:00 to 20:30. A brand new FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 trailer will also see its debut! Special guest, Sazh Katzroy (Masashi Ebara), will be in attendance!

Square-Enix has already promised that their TGS videos will hit the web. If there is some BB11 streams coming on 15th September, we will hit you guys up and send links that you can follow the show too!

Well if you think about it the recruited monsters can be considered as summons. They fight for you and they have their own unique ultimate attacks. They are similar to FFX summon in that when they receive damage the overdrive/feral link bar increases. When it's full, there's an option to unleash the ultimate attack. After the attack, the summon stays and fight for you and can repeat the ultimate attack as long as its still alive.

Cactuar, Cait Sith and chocobos are recruitable too, and these three used to be summons in some previous FFs. There's likely to be many other recruited monsters reminiscent of previous FF summons. If that's not convincing enough Lightning is already seen using Odin. The new artwork also shows the mysterious guy riding chaos bahamut.


Eh the title is a little misleading because Sazh himself may not appear in the trailer despite the VA being present in the show >.<

I can't wait for the new trailer and info!

Im also stoked for this, can't wait to see what the new trailer is gonna be like and sazh is making an appearance? I dont know if he will be in the game (playable) but im gonna be pissed if lighting and serah are the ony ones....I dont really give a damm about noel so im screwed on that. we better at least get team nora playable or something?

Dont know whats gonna be in the trailer but I hope to god it has vanille and fang in it, I gotta know their side in this one D:
