Renting is crap We've rented at times but not now anymore. We pay mortgage on a house but really what I want is a condo someday because then someone else will do the yardwork and snow shoveling because it's included in the fees. I can't work 12 hour shifts full time someday and have to worry about house maintenance as well by myself
