Am I the only one who kinda O.O'd at this screen?

Never thought I'd see Tidus talk like that to Yuna, I gotta say, this has only further increased my desire to jump into the game's story mode.

all so Chaos Tidus means my theory about why he is evil is correct :cheer:
 
That doesn't mean he's evil, maybe his daddy issues are making him grumpy. Whenever he had those episodes in 10, he got grumpy :p

I don't see how he'd be evil, but then again, its Nomura's spin-off, so....! lol

What's your theory, Connor? (I wanna know :) )
 
According to the wikia (I'mma spoiler this for anyone who really wants to be suprised or just wanna theorise)
he has joined Chaos' side, but only as an excuse to defeat Jecht.

Dissidia feels like an even deeper look into the relationship between Tidus and Jecht, and Duodecim could go further into it than before.

i had two theories. My first one was a Rvenge of the sith type one. (Where Tidus becomes evil to protect yuna)

My second one was the "I HATE YOU TO YEVON DAD! WAHHH!" Which is whats happening in duodecim. Personally i wanted Tidus to be evil and follow my ROTS theory. but oh well.
 
I don't trust Wikia, but thank you for sharing, it does sound like something Tidus would probably do, but it also seems unlikely going by LD's Tidus behavior, so I'll wait for a confirm. :)

I never would've thought Tidus would act so snippy towards Yuna.
Now i'm really interested in seeing how their story is going to play out.

As for the OST, I didn't like the remix of Summoned Beast Battle. I really wish they had kept it the way it was. D:
The remix to FFIV's Battle Theme was amazing though! That was my favorite one out of the bunch.

Sadly..i have to agree...The remixed Summoned Beast Battle is...uh...not worthy. but everything else is fine. Allthough i was hoping for some Music by "the black mages" but some of there remixes are bad.(coughotherworldseymourbattlethemecough)
Also am i the only one who was hoping for a Remix of 'Maybe im a Lion" from FF8? I hope not.

Maybe Yuna and Tidus don't know each other? I dunno why people keep bringing in stuff from original FF games when it comes to Dissidia-I thought it was pretty clear that this particular game series isn't canon to the original games :wacky:

EDIT: Ooooh, look at that. Cloud/Tifa implication, even in non-canonverse :8F:
 
I dunno man, from the way he's talking to her it's obviously aware that he at least knows her, he just doesn't care about her. Supposedly rumour has it that it's as simple as Jecht was a Cosmos warrior first, and when Tidus learned about that he joined Chaos to defeat his father. Then when Jecht switched to Chaos (do we know why yet?) Tidus simple switched sides.. again, just to beat him.
 
Well maybe he got to know Yuna in the Duodecim story over time..? I can imagine the actual Tidus/Jecht fight near the end of their respective POV (maybe even Yuna's) so before that, Yuna and Tidus could get cozy or something? :lew:

I really hope Tidus' motive to be on Chaos is more than "beat daddy". I was okay with him having the complex in general, but it just feels really lame to want to be on the Chaos side to beat Jecht. At least let someone control him, or manipulate him :ness:
