Were you the highest bidder when the seller took the Item of as a listing?
you should report him to Ebay coz that is against selling rules
 
Have you tried checking the shops for used consoles?

If you want one, youre just gunna end up doing what I did, giving up and paying £250 for a new one. Just keep checking ebay or summat. But at least from a shop - even used, you know its guaranteed, your not likely to get one much cheaper than retail price any way, and theres delivery on top of that, and if youre getting a proper old one, well, id be wary of ebaying it, unless the seller is out like me and has only played on the console twice
 
ive been blowing my money on all sorts, Im running out of things to buy so am thinking a spending spree at Ikea is on the cards :gonk:
 
this is seriously why you get a student loan. i'm spending mine on a wii and a load of games next week probably.
and probably about a week of getting pissed.
