So who here has ever played the Crash Bandicoot series? I personally loved playing this game series and own quite a few of the games.
I decided to put it here (and at first I thought about putting it in the Playstation section but, Crash Bandicoot isn't only on PS just mainly)
I always had a thing for this game, it was so much fun! I remember being younger, getting one of the games for xmas and then playing with my mom and her getting into it all frustrated and whatnot fun times xD (she'd only play racing games) and I recently started replaying the series and fallin in love with it all over again!

I have one of the games, a little too intoxicated to remember which one. But I remember becoming addicted with the sound the voodoo mask made. I think it was Crash bandicoot Warped. not a bad game at all. ooga booga booga!

^^ Haha yeah, the mask in Crash Bandicoot was deff the shizz :D He was so awesome and would follow Crash and whatnot =) pretty gangster if you ask me lol =P
Crash won't talk so let the mask do it xDwell make sound effects etx =D
 
Well, I wouldn't say gangster. But he did make things pretty interesting! I never did beat that game. Might have to sit down and do that one of these days.
 

I was quite late getting into games, so Crash Bandicoot was my first ever video game, and I loved it. :D
I was terrible at it when I first started though... I'd often get a game over at the very first bottomless pit obstacle, but I got the hang of it eventually.

I do love the series, but I think it was a lot better under Naughty Dog, and a few games after this. I think it gradually turned into something different... The Crash from Crash of the Titans is very different from the previous Crash, and I prefer the older Crash (they also messed up Tiny Tiger's personality and appearance big time in Crash of the Titans).

My favourite will still probably be the first game, but I really enjoyed the third too, and the Wrath of Cortex was also good (though the bosses weren't as great as previously).

I love Aku-Aku the mask, especially in the third game when they develop his story and he has a larger speaking role.

This game also had me hooked on it's great villains; Pinstripe, Ripper Roo, Tiny Tiger, Dingodile, N.Tropy are among my favourites.

I used to have Crash Bandicoot figures, and I'd love to find them again. I had Crash Bandicoot (in fighter plane pilot outfit), Aku-Aku, N.Tropy and Dingodile. I think I had Uka-Uka too as I remember playing with it. Sadly I was young (ish..) at the time and wasn't as careful or was more interested with playing with them than I am now with displaying them (with sneaky plays when no-one looks), and the pieces of them all scattered into different toy boxes under my bed, on my shelves, in the loft etc, so it'll be a hard task to find them all and put them all together again.

 
This was one of the best series of games I loved while I was little besides Sonic. I think I played the first, second, third and another game I can't quite remember. Those were the best games back in the day.
 
I loved these games. I play 1-3 but I liked 3 the best. (Warped)

I used to compete with my sister and I remember being dead chuffed when I got the wompa fruit cannon. :wacky:

I got the PS2 game but it didn't have the same magic as the ones of the PS. Then the disk stopped working for some reason... I remember it being a CD-ROM and it had a blue back so it was an ancient disk to be fair.

Not sure I would buy another one though. I think Naughty Dog focus on Jak and Daxter these days and I like to play more mature games that are more story orientated.

Their main focus is the Uncharted series these days, which are mature and story orientated. I'm not sure if Jak and Daxter are still going, but I never played them anyway.

I'd like to see Naughty Dog take control of Crash again one day, but I don't think it's likely to happen, and they're a relatively small company that only do one game series at a time, so I guess it's good that they're doing Uncharted now anyway, and we can just play the old Crash games whenever we want.

I do have the urge to play Crash 1 and 3 again.
 
:gasp: I had no idea they did Uncharted. :gasp: My bad.

I've heard good things about the game but haven't played the first one so I'm a bit behind. :hmmm:
Uncharted is pretty popular so like you said, it's unlikely they'll do another one anyway.
 
I've only played Crash Team Racing for the PS, but I still play that game to this day. It was my very first racing game i've ever played, so it's pretty valuable to me. This brings back memories...I think i'm going to sit down and play it again.x3
 
I have played Crash 2 and Crash 3 for the PS. Have completed Crash 2 (seeing as I own it), but can't play it anymore. That disc is scratched beyond repair. It is a good series of games, though.
 
I played some of them when I was at my friend's house, and I actually really liked it. It was really entertaining ^^
Then I bought Crash Nitro Cart on PS2 and I lost all fun. It was really boring game D:
