Knowing that Travolta's son has just tragically passed away, btw why does the media have to publicly make absurd speculations about his death? Thats amazingly disrespectful. Leave the Travolta family alone, they're grieving with a death, if you haven't noticed.

Anyway, I thought it would be good to discuss Travolta's best moments, so let us all know what your favorite Travolta film is. Mine would definitely have to be Pulp-Fiction, what a great movie! If you do not enjoy any of John Travolta's movies then either say something respectful about his son's death, or do not post anything here. Thanks.

It's got to be Grease - I think we can all agree that Grease wouldn't have been as great as it was if someone like Travolta wasn't the lead, or at least one of them. Second to that, it wasn't a particularly great acting opportunity but playing Tracy's mum in Hairspray was quite hilarious. :wacky:

Well, since I haven't seen either Grease nor Hairspray, I'd also have to say that Pulp Fiction would be my favorite John Travolta movie.

Its absolutely 100% pulp fiction, that is perhaps one of the greatest films of all time. He played the part of Vincent Vega brilliantly, he truly is a very good actor. I had no idea his son had died, commiserations to the family.

I used to like Michael growing up, but honestly Pulp Fiction and Swordfish top them for me.

I don't feel that bad for John Travolta because of scientology and what not denying him to give meds to his kid. Since this is not a debate, I will not go there :P.

Slightly more effort please.

My favourite would also have to be pulp fiction, even though Vince Vega does get killed. I thought he was okay in swordfish and get shorty.
He was also in face off and he was quite good.
I don't really like greece or Boogie nights so I can't comment on his performance in either.

Tottaly forgot about face off, that film was brilliant, id never have thought he could be such a good baddie but he was brilliant. I wasnt a fan of greece either, films like that tend to make my stomach churn, pulp fiction was just something else the conversations he has with jules were brilliant.

Its sad to hear that his son died after having a tough life of having seizures all the time, and as the press thought that he "slipped in the bathtub because he had a seizure" would just be terrible for them if its true.

Also, if you were a fan don't look at this but Encyclopedia Dramatica has a page for him and its soooooo mean. That site is the worst for those things. Like the kid that got his head decapitated by the ride at 6 flags... theres a page about that too and its just horrible.

Ooh Grease and Face Off. I still enjoy sticking Grease on singing along badly and drinking a bottle or 2 of wine. I think Face Off is brilliant though, him and Nicholas Cage do an amazing job- one of my favourite ffilms
