Did anyone else find cait sith unbelievably rubbish??? His attacks weren't very strong, his magic was nothing special.. And he was generally an annoying character...especially in the film, Advent Children... WHY? WHY was he included in the greatest game of all time? Never used him in my party, never will.

He was pretty useless apart from his Limit Break. I only used him as I like to level every character and find his voice really annoying.

I never used apart from when I had no choice i.e. when you first meet him, and when you escape from Junon. I found his physicla attacks pathetic, and he generally looked stupid. This definitely put me off using him.

Murrhhhh. I liked him. He put a little bit of "difference" into an otherwise way-too-serious plot. Everyone will pick and nab at how certain games have certain cons. I liked him though. I haven't seen AC in English and I have never played DOC...but I still think Cait Sith is cute based on his appearance in FFVII.

I guess he is the 'joker' of the party and adds some light-heartednes...but then so does Yuffie (who is one of my fav characters). Personally, if it wasn't for the fact that he is actually a Turk then he shouldnt be in the game. As it is, I like that he is controlled by a turk, but thats all i like about him.

Where the hell did the white part of his body go in Advent Children and Dirge of Cerebus?

Maybe he realized it looked stupid?

I was never really a fan of Cait Sith either. He wasn't all that impressive in battle and he was pretty annoying character-wise. He did serve some purpose though. After all, who would've solved the ancient's puzzle if not him? :P

Cait Sith was never controlled by a Turk. He was controlled by Reeve, the Shinra Executive of Urban Development (or something along those lines) ;)

But yeah, I found him rubbish in the game, but I like him in AC and DoC because he adds a little gimmical humour. Gotta luv the Irish :)

Cait Sith was just the Cat, the Moggal part was just something to ride on. Part of Cait Sith inital back story was that he was a fortune telling Cat that travelled on a stuffed Moggal toy he magicaly brought to life. By AC Reeve probably couldn't be botherd with a large stuffed toy and just keeped the more agile Cat and/or riding on Red XIII.

That's a good point, Nephry...but he's still annoying. I'd prefer it if he wasn't in the game, but I guess that would mess up parts of the storyline.

It should of been explained why the toy part was abandoned

i think he just sucks ass *slaps Cait sith* crap attacks, crap magic, crap limit-break AND he looks STUPID!!!!!

I feel a new FF7 sequal coming. 'Final Fantasy 7: What the Hell happened to Cait Sith's giant moogle friend between FF7 and AC?':wacky:

Anyway, I kind of like Cait Sith, he is my summoner in the game. He was a great addition to the party I think. He brought a light-hearted feel to the game, which this game really needed.
