Hola. (Please don't speak spanish. I don't know the language lol.)

I'm pretty sick, so I'll try to keep this fairly short. I'm fairly new to the FF franchise, having only played FF7, FF8 (my current favorite), and FF10 (not a fan of this one at all.) I'm playing catch up with the series (genre as a whole), currently trying to figure out which one to buy first, FFIV (GBA/DS) or FFVI. I've heard lots of talk about both.

I'm pretty laid back for the most part, that is until people start coming at me with silly fanboy/girl-ish remarks.

College student (ITT-tech), major is Computer Drafting and Design.

Kelly fail's in her reasoning to have a go at FFVI.

Go with the original looking VI, then IV. The GBA versions. None of this voice acted stuff. If you want to least play some of the early games closest to their original format, then just buy the GBA versions. Srsly. They're both fairly challenging, and lot's of fun too!

But yeah. Get VI first. The characters and story are far more interesting, battling is too.
