Who here has played Worms? I didn't realise they were still making them, until I found the PSP Demo for Worms Open Warfare 2. xD

I have the original Worms for PS1, as well as Worms World Party, and I loved them. Simple games, but very very fun. I loved the amount of weapons available, and how strategic it can get on the higher difficulties. xD

I remember sacrificing a worm with the kamikaze move, and watching it smack into others and send them flying all over the place. xD I'm gonna pick up the Worms games for PSP as soon as I can. xD

But yeah, there's a Worms game on about every system going right now. So has anyone ever played any of the games?

I used to have Worms for PS1, but I don't know what happened to that. I have World Party somewhere too, and 3D for Gamecube. I don't think any have ever been as good as the original in terms of humour and how much I enjoyed them.

3D wasn't as good as I'd hoped it would be. The landscapes weren't as interactive and you were pretty limited in what you could do really. Also, the baseball bat made it ridiculously easy to get rid of someone in a single move.

I adore worms and get whichever games I can! Little bugs firing bazookas at one another? Hilarious! Only the first one and Forts under siege survive to this day, though.

I'm playing Worms Armageddon on a web, I'm a pro and all that etc. etc. It's a nice game. I have also played W. 4 Mayhem and World Party. The games are fun to play.
Oh, and they just released Worms Armageddon 2 on XBox Live, I think this month. It's coming to PC soon. And they released a Wii title too.
Anyone wanna play W:A online with me? :monster:

I love the original Worms as well as Worms 2 and Worms Armageddon. I prefer the the original for stylistic reasons only. Worms 2 and Armageddon were just a bit too cute and cartoony in my opinion.

Playing a game of hotseat Worms with a couple of friends is still one of the best multiplayer experiences there is if you ask me.

I had (think I still have it actually) Worms for the PS1, I jsut could never get into it though, I preferred Hogs of War, I know its technically the same thi ng, but Worms just never did it for me really, I'd always try and give uop

Although one of my phones, possibly the one before last had Worms on it, and it was quite addictive, Id probably like i t on the PSP actually, it s just sitting there, mindless fun....

I live just a short walk away from the Worms developers, Team 17's headquarters! I tried to do my work experience there, but I ended up somewhere else.

I have owned Worms 1, 2 and Armageddon, the latter being my favourite. When you're playing against a (or several) human opponent, you can have hours and hours of fun.

Plus, you've gotta love the holy hand grenade!

I recently downloaded Worms 2: Armageddon on Live. It's a fun play. The controls are pretty poor but it's fun overall. I liked it. Simple but enjoyable.

You can download a free demo from the PSN store, Kelly. xD It's actually quite fun for a demo.

Yesterday, I dug out my copy of worms world party, and I've been playing it pretty obsessively. It's so simple, but addictive. I love how they all have British accents. xD Like, if you hit a worm on your team, I love how they go "Traitor!" and the kamikaze worms go "for King and country!" I'm just rofling at it all. xD

I used to be a worms freak, along with Lemmings. Back in the day I was pretty good at it, but I bet now a days I would suck arse with all the 3d modes and such. I've heard Worms Armageddon is supposedly good, but who knows..

Actually I like those li'l bastards! They can live everywhere crap, ice cream and they'll blow it to pieces. My fav weapon was that banana and the funniest in my opinion was the super sheep!!
