Kefka, played with a person that knows how to use him, is a force to be reckoned with. That "gay" ice attack can really fuck someone's day up if use correctly. And in the game he's from, he was an insane lunatic. Dressed up as a clown, and destroyed the world.

He's not my favorite, but he's a pretty dangerous character. I don't see why you WOULDN'T like him. The characters I have the hardest time using are Kuja, Ultimecia, & Golbez, although I know that Golbez gets easier to use later on.

I'm 50/50 on whether or not I like him. I personally don't see him as evil or "bad ass" cool, but he's cool as in funny cool, that's for sure.
His clothes are kinda weird but that's why I think he's cool. So yea, he's cool but not bad ass cool, despite that he has strong attacks.

I think cool story bro is one of the most overused retorts on the web. That might just be because I talk to someone who uses it at every possible opportunity, though.
Kefka guide for dummies
1) Launch Waggly Wobbly Firaga
2) Omnidash away
3) Repeat step 1 and 2 until enemy gets hit by WWF
4) YOU'LL BE WELL DONE! (Use Extra Crispy Firaga)
5) ??? (Repeat steps 1 -> 4 until you get enough BRV)
6) PROFIT! (Use Havoc Wing on an enemy hit by WWF)
7) Good job! Now you're a pro Kefka player! (Not really.)
In all seriousness, that's how Kefka gets most of his wins. Of course, what I said is just a "rough draft" - Kefka has a lot of other tricks up his sleeves and it takes skill to learn them. But if you know how to zone your opponents well, then you're going to own with Kefka.

I liked fighting Kefka hes nuts and doesnt know when to stop........I didnt use him at all really coz a have a thing for swords...but when e came along in the duel coloseum w e had some good scraps

"Cool story bro" is basically a way of saying, "I don't give a shit." It kind of shuts you down after you go into a TL;DR (too long, didn't read) rant, because the way it's used, you know it's not sincere interest.
It is designed to be humorous for everyone else involved, & sometimes it is, but often times, a more creative response or just no response at all is preferable, in my opinion.

Back on Topic here, I love using Kefka, personally. Now i dont main him, but i feel him easy to use. Using his Blizzaga attacks in EX Mode can rack up Brv like nothing else. And waggly wobble Firaga and Extra Crispy fira are two of my favorite attacks, oh and lightning trap. I love using ECFira then going into multiple chase sequences to do damage, then hitting them with a havoc wing when they are down, i also love changing up my fighting style to confuse my opponents
