Hey Guys!

Well as my Bf is hogging the PS3 playing Bayonetta lol I have decided to start a new game for myself.

Decided to start a game on either DSi XL

The games I picked for DS are
Phantasy Star Zero
Final Fantasy IV
Luminous Arc 1 & 2
Pokemon Platinum or Black
Golden Sun Dark Dawn
Final Fantasy 4 Heroes
Dragon Quest VI
Chrono Trigger

Already have all the games just gotta pick which to play!
Could anyone give me some pros/cons or advice on which to look into?

Thanks a million!!

I'd pick Final Fantasy IV or Pokemon (either of the two, though I think I preferred White/Black). Final Fantasy will have a better story and good gameplay, but Pokemon is absolutely addictive and can be played more casually without you missing out on anything (you don't need to remember a plot).

I'd recommend watching/reading a few reviews on gametrailers as they can give you a more in depth analysis of presentation, story and gamplay.

Get pokemon heartgold/soulsilver these are remakes of gold and silver that were on the gameboy color :D but out of them games i would pick ffiv or one of the pokemon games

Play Luminous Arc. Those games are fantastic. SRPGs that have a pleasant art style, an appealing cast of characters, fairly solid voice acting, and despite their simplicity, they're a pleasant experience. Luminous Arc needs more appreciation.

Avoid Dark Dawn like the plague it is; if you've played the Golden Sun duo on the GBA, you'll find the DS sequel a massive disappointment.

Between Platinum and Black, I'd have to say Platinum is the better game, as it offers you both more variety in what you choose for a team (Black restricts you to shitty fith-gen until after you finish the game) and in terms of content; Platinum lets you re-battle Gym Leaders, etc. But I'd second getting HeartGold or SoulSilver, they're easily the pinnacle of the series.

Chrono Trigger ! Chrono Trigger ! Chrono Trigger ! Chrono Trigger ! :spaz:

It's one of the best RPG's Square has ever made. Also FF IV is neat too.

But I highly recommend Chrono Trigger !
