What do you sound like?

This part really gives me the upset nerves. When I talk in game, people say to me I sound like a 6 year old :( but I'm not. I sound like I'm 18 year old and have a loud voice sometimes.

I lie. I don't. I sound like I should be running a cider farm. Unless I'm really drunk then for some odd reason I seem to take on a stereotypical posh English accent, apparently.
 
my accent gets broader when ive had a drink. so i just go from sounding like an extra from corrie to farmer fuckimg giles from the pennines with a gaggle of sheep :sad3:

Oh fuck. I actually have a monocle!!! Should of remembered it ><

Don't have a top hat yet, but I do have my Festival/Cowboy/Indiana Jones-like Hat though. Kinda works in a not-so-working kinda way.

Tbh I was quite nervous, and unsure how it was all working as it was my first time doing a video for forum purposes. I'd also be lying if I said I wasn't trying to sound like to much of a country bumpkin', otherwise knowone would of been able to hear any of it.

hehe I've been in nottingham for a few months, I was studying in Nottingham Trent University (NTU).

I loved this city. And the accent is really cool.
 
my voice is deeper than people expect... kind of like Emma Stone I guess? I don't have a Norwegian accent anymore, but some people say they can still hear it when I say certain words. :P

Must.Retain. Norwegian.Accent! That way you can say talk about how chhhrispy you like your corn flakes like Varg Vikernes :D

nah, but i just sound like a regular guy from California. I don't use the word "bro" though like those typical Californian surfer kids do. >.>

Supposedly when I say anything with an "er" sound like "dirty" or "burn" or "word" there are hints of my original accent... I don't hear it but everyone else does!

Yeahh. None of us can tell what we sound like really...it's only when someone records you and you hear it. I'm always like "Who's that?" "It's you" "Dear lord it can't be true:gasp:"
 
Well, I hate the way I sound recorded or when I hear myself echoing if a friend has their mic on too loud with no headset on lol.

You guys will probably hear me sometime, I'm actually thinking of commentating over a Quake 4 or MW3 gameplay soon, I just don't know how to get started, and I am NOT very comfortable taking to NO ONE, lmfao. It just feels strange talking to a screen.

I guess I do swear a bit, I probably have a "rez" accent with a bit of canadian / american accent. I don't speak french at all, so no "aboot" or anything like that, haha.
 
I have a deep voice from being in like a posh area in the UK, crossed with standard American that I just picked up over the years haha
