Weird E-mail. This is interesting...

Unless the only films you have ever seen involve someone taking you into a small room and defecating right in your eye, you should not consider that a movie-worthy concept.
Hotel Rwanda was a good movie. :hmmm:

I get the World of Warcraft phishing emails quite a bit. I also get the ones saying my battle.net accounts password had been changed.

Firstly, I don't play World of Warcraft (and probably won't unless they came out tomorrow and said they were dropping the monthly fees completely). Secondly, the email address I'm getting these to is not the one that my battle.net account uses.

Even then, I'm smart enough to simply open up the web page I want to go to through my browser (I have my battle.net account bookmarked), instead of using the link in the email. I always love the half assed jobs that are done on those phishing emails though. If you hover over the links, you'll see the real URL. Well, especially for the WoW ones I get, the only links that are "fake" are ones that would require you to input info. All the rest are the real URL for stuff (usually they are links to FAQs or something). I also love when I get them with typos...um, why didn't you just copy and paste the original email if you are going to scam with it, you morons!

eh 15 bucks a month isnt that much, i dont know why people complain about it :monster:

for as long as WoW has been going (coming up on 7 years in a few months), its very cheap. :wacky:

If it were $5 a month, people would still complain. :wacky:

The worst I ever got was e-mails to try and get my bank details through a fake website.
Twas meant to be Paypal but the link was so painfully obvious that it was a scam. o_O

Best part was that it was asking me to sign up to Paypal when I already have an account.

...That and guys finding my CV on Gumtree, asking if I could be a callgirl for them.
