ok i have noticed that the rp section is unloved we need to promote users into using it

People RP if they want to, and if they want to then they know where the RP section is. It's just like any other section of the forum, you can't force people to post there, just like you can't force anyone to post in the FFI section which gets far less posts than the RP one does.

On an un-related note; do the names HiroToki or Diamond Weapon mean anything to you?

ok i said promote that means to try to get people to try it out not to make them try it out there is a difference.
now we really need to get people to see how fun it is and all that stuff
i say we have a computition where the winner gets a prize or something
plz excuse any spelling errors

So a competition is an incentive for people who don't RP to actually start RPing? You know, most people don't do it because they don't enjoy it.

...no most people don't do it cause they can't figure out how this is remendied by teaching them how to rp and showing them how to do it right

You can promote certain RP's in your signature but if people dont want to RP then they dont want to RP. I for one like in a little but dont venture into that section alot.

I'd be up for trying it out, just to say... I'm interested in it, but I've always been to nervous about showing my work. Maybe you should focus on encouraging people like me to RP, since I want to but don't feel good enough.

that is what i am talking about and if people would quit trying to get the topic locked up we could get a group to teach poeple how to rp really well i think it would be nice to have a group (only runs the rp section) that is responcible to teach people how to rp.

The only competition that could bring back to life the RP section would only really get the current role players involved. It's not so much a thing people do anymore, really.

Unless money's a prize at the end of said competition. :wacky:

Seriously though, there's not a lot we can do about it. If you want to think up some competition ideas for the section, feel free, but it's not guaranteed to revive anything.

I'd be for competing teams though.

It's confidence I need. Not teaching... I know how to write. ;) Might be the same with others.

ok then i will start getting things set up for a competition
