To be honest, that got me side tracked, I still haven't read that first post yet, so I'll get to it now for certain this time. Maybe it will give me an idea of how to start out in this? If not, I may require some direction, but I'll try to think this out.

Edit: Pretty tough to figure out, it sounds like these ghouls killed everybody...shortest RP ever. Nah, I know that can't be it, I just don't see some entry point, I mean what is possible for it, what limitations are there, what restrictions and such?

The ghouls have killed several people, mostly the ones who ventured outside the light. There are still survivors. It is up to you guys whether you want to save them or not. So whatever you do, keep a flashlight/torch with you, at all times.

It is still midnight, my character (Julius) is still in the village but is yet to make an appearance.

Flashlight or torch? Due to the issues of paws in place of hands, flashlight wouldn't work at all, so I guess it would be a torch held by one's mouth, huh? Odd...such are the circumstances one of my nature is faced with.

I'll try come up with something, but I won't take any longer than till tomorrow if I don't think up a full post to make today. I suppose my character wouldn't ignore endangered innocent lives, but he would hate to endanger Sophia too, so they will both have a torch I think...

How they would light torches, I do not know, perhaps came across some already lit torches? I am lacking creativity for that particular detail right now. I'll try make it work though. Thanks for that reply, so not everyone else is dead...kind of figured that had to be the case anyways. <.<

You should put more effort into your biography, like adding a bit more of information. Are you new into roleplaying? If so, you can ask for help and we will gladly help you.

Oh, and Julius, your latest post was a pretty big one, so uh, does everyone just wait until Damon posts again now, or what...? And how long do you think that ugly, bloody battle (as you seem to have planned anyways) will last, like number of posts wise?

Just curious. I can ask questions too. It's just that that fight is between posts of yours and Damon's, so other than you two, there's no interaction in that whole scene, and not much else has happened, so other that creating something, I can't see something I can get into at this time.

Well, I suppose I could make a post with my first two characters, but I am running a tad low on time again now, so I'll just see what is going on at that time, if there is anything new at all within less than 24 hours. >.>

Your characters could always meet 'the man' that I mentioned in the post I just won't reference his name or clothing for the time being till things are set, only his weapon and clothing types are known at this point

Also, I won't be referencing him until he's got his bio up

Well then, when might you be getting this bio up? You aren't going to reference the character again until you do, but you advise that my character(s. With Crimson Wolf or Sophia, it is quite often the case that you can't have one without the other, Crimson isn't quick to leave her behind at any time) meet him...?

Recipe for disaster on my end of it, if that's remotely close to the case. I hope I misunderstood this, though, that or your bio is posted up here shortly.

Nay, the battle won't last long, I intend to have the possessed warrior getting impaled by Damon's sword in around a post or two.

Edit: ...if I fit in a post today, that means no Disgaea 2 action this afternoon. >.< But RPing is quite the passion of mine, I enjoy it very much and get quite into it, I think I can fit it in if I can think of a decent post in a real hurry now.

Guys, cooperation is a huge part of RPing. It's like how a TV show or movie never has just one character, but several, it takes a team to pull off a successful RP, a team that must stay at it and not have frequent absences from it for days at a time (only reason I haven't made a new post in it in days is because 1: I am the latest poster, and 2: Well, along those lines I am waiting for someone to post. >_>).

I'll just invest more time into Disgaea 2 for the time being then while I wait, finally got a character closing in on Level 300, and reaching an enemy 10 tiles away with an attack is very hard to do, requires much magical mastery. '<.< Good luck to whomever's post that decides to feel like posting next that can, hope it is a good one. ^^;

Personality: Very to the point and at times, blunt. He can come across cold, sarcastic and at times even downright insulting in his comments. He doesn’t hold back on what he thinks and will make his opinions known regardless of the situation. He can follow instructions but he always does things in his own way.

First Impression: On a first encounter he would generally be perceived as arrogant, cocky and overconfident. There will be little to see as a redeeming quality aside from his combat skills, if nothing else.

Appearance: A man of a 6”1 and a somewhat average weight for a man of his age, he has short and spiky blonde hair, held up with a red headband. He wears a light blue shirt with a dark green jacket over it, his trousers are both baggy and rather rough in appearance and appear to be dark brown in colour, likewise for his boots. He has a short and fairly uncared for beard which reaches from ear to ear, as well as a scar across his right cheek.

Weapon: A simple rifle with a slightly shortened barrel to enable faster movements and interactions in melee combat, along the bottom of the barrel is a small blade that extends across the entire length of the gun. Being large enough to block most light weapons without impeding focused fire, the blade is sharp enough to inflict worrying levels of injury, and at the top of the gun it extends to a point, making it possible to run through an enemy with it.

As well as his rifle, he is a skilled knife fighter, able to skilfully and swiftly use two daggers at the same time, they are both identical and are relatively average looking, save for the snake-like edges of the blades.

Background: A former soldier turned bandit, the man who only calls himself ‘Strike’ has plenty of battle experience under his belt and knows his way around a battlefield, though the army he served in no longer exists, he is well known in bandit and thief circles as well as some of the few remaining Ninja in the world. Rumours have spread suggesting he has even trained some Ninja in his lifetime leading some to speculate whether he has ever fought all out against an opponent. Though one thing is for certain, that truth or not, he is a highly skilled combatant that very few can fight on par with, despite the weaponry he uses.

Before these rumours spread he was a simple bandit who took on some hopefuls under his wing, forming his own bandit group in time, though leaving soon afterwards for reasons unknown, some went as far as to try and take his life for the reward wanted for his body, whether dead or alive. His reason to even appear in the dark times that are about to take place is too, a mystery, he simply comes and goes as he sees fit as he holds obligation to no man.

The bio is looking good. Besides we can take our time, there's no rush to finish this. It's not like we have a deadline or something. I'd rather keep a slow but secure pace than rushed but doomed.
