The Unexplained Occurances of My House

now i dont believe in ghosts, spirits or other "paranormal" stuff, but there have been some goings on in my house that have me.... wondering.

1. i have an ipod dock and for the past week or so it has been turning itself on, all i get is static but still for it to be turning on by itself is weird, right?

2. i normally have all windows and doors shut in my room, the other day i had a bit of paper on the table beside which then fell on to my floor, the paper was no where near the edge for this too just fall off.

3. like i said before i have my door shut 90% of the time, but it has been rattling rather bad lately.

like i said i do not believe in ghosts or things like that, but those above happenings do seem a bit weird.

That's pretty freaky.

I hate it when things like that happen to me. I get all paranoid. >.<

Just when the house creaks I think that there's something in the walls or something. XD

Something similar happened to us today when we went back to the car. I swear I closed the glove box but it was open when we got back. 0_o. I'm just glad it was in the car and not the house. It's scarier when that sort of thing happens in the house. >.<

If it's not plugged in that's rather bizarre but if it is chances are it's broken and you'll need a new one.

Paper isn't particularly weighty and can slide off of smooth surfaces quite easily. The smallest draft is likely to have caused this.

Again, when a door or window opens inside your house the air pressure around the house changes. Also movement around the house will cause shifts in pressure. Your door is probably accustomising to the pressure outside the door and the pressure inside. If it's not a sturdy door this is more likely to happen.

I'm not saying the influence isn't paranormal, just that there is a likely explaination to all those occurances.
