I vote for ninjas, definitely. Take Yuffie for example - she ROCKS!

So guys, pirates or ninjas?
 
lol well i for one would make a better pirate than a ninja because ninjas are stealthy and quick while pirates are loud and slow, so im gonna have to go with pirates
 
you prefer pirates? IKt doesn't matter which one you'd be best as. Pick your REAL favourite lol.
 
lol i do prefer ninjas to be honest, pirates can be annoying after a short period of time
 
There you go then. so that's 2 for ninjas :) Good on ya! Ninjas rule! They're sneaky and deadly and have so many uses.
 
yep, and they live quiet lives unless they are off to kill someone with their skills, would be good to be a ninja apart from the killing part
 
most of the time ninjas are hired as professional killers, money must be good though, although i would use my ninja skills to defend myself, not kill people
 
lol he will die, he is the only exception i have right now to the no killing rule i would have if i were a ninja
 
Ninjas! Unless you're talking about Naruto Ninjas... With those bright jumpsuits and flashy techniques and handseals, they can't sneak up on anybody, IMHO. :monster:
 
definatley ninja's they can sneak up on you and kil you without making any sounds and are faster and smarter, aren't constantly say a'ye or even arrr AND their more inteligent
 
Pffft who cares about ninjas? Killing, smarter...so what>_<. Pirates are the best with their humour ...and Johnny Depp is a pirate so the debate ends here.^_^

 
Ninjas might be stealthy and quick but pirates are intelligent and use their heads. Also, pirates travel with a captain, first mate and crew so they're not alone. I think a ninja would have a hard time sneaking up on those who travel in packs. Those who are constantly moving, working on board, etc...Anyway, I prefer pirates. Just my two cents (though I think this has to be, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the strangest threads I've seen yet)

But anyway!

I'm going with ninjas. Any old beggar off the street could be a pirate; however, ninjas are required to be trained killers. Besides, pirates are known for being fond of booze. They wouldn't stand a chance if they were under the influence.

Peg-legs, hooks for hands and eye-patches aren't much of a help, either. Those things would inhibit their combat ability for sure!
 
Ahh come on. There is no contest. Pirates have ships, big guns, swords and no scruples.
 
Ninjas have stealth, darkness, multiple stealth and assassination weapons and can fit into practically any small space.
