The Tale of the Forgotten

Yes, but I don't know the name of the fortress. Any details that might make my life and the travel easier?
I dunno, skip the tedious travel part and arrive suddenly. :wacky: I've yet to think of a name, but people are free to make one up for it to be used.

... considering it's decent.

Eh, you could come to me, hearing of my castle or something. After all... I can fly, you can't... I could make your search much easier.
I kinda missed the reason why you're building a castle all of a sudden.

=\
Castles take forever to construct... By the time it would be finished, it would be the end of the game. So I can't just wait for a few hundred more posts.

And why? You're already seeing why, just the power, basically. Kaos is a bit of a power freak elitist. :wacky:

Point being: it doesn't seem very integral to the story.

Considering the aim of the story, I'd say he'd lose in combat - should he oppose the main/key characters of either side.

I'd not say having a 'third side' would be a good idea, but I'm not going to oppose it.

He's not a third side. He's on yours... =\ He's simply power hungry. He already stated he was on the side of Julius and that he was going to aid him. Nobody really pressed the matter. -shrug-

Bloody heroes.

And that name's not too bad, Julius. :wacky: Though according to LS's Gem list, your Gem doesn't exist. ;p We could always explore the possibility of it being of artificial origin though.

Oh can we add alchemists to our ranks? That would make our empire more evil. Muahahahaha....

I edited my post and added this:
Later on, while investigating even further, with the aid of an alchemist he discovered that the gem in his possession was artificially created with fragments of taken from the legendary mythical Shadow Gem, long forgotten and lost. Julius was disappointed to know he mistook that gem he found for the Shadow Gem after believing he had that legendary artifact, but was satisfied to know he had a powerful artificial gem in his possession. All of these events were put at work deep inside his troubled mind. Still he wanted more, for the power of the Shadow Gem lured him to find it and once found, he would artificially merge both gems with with the power of alchemy

Yeah, don't count Felldoh on your side. I guarantee, he is NOT on Taharka/Saix's side. When the time comes to choose between friends and you guys, chances are he'll go back with Soul and the others.

The only deciding factor is really Julius. It all depends on Julius. He's manipulated the story (very well, I might add) so that his role is pivotal. No matter what side he is on, his decisions are the largest influence on all of us. To put it in LoK terms, he is the Raziel and Kain of our Nosgoth.

I'm making a large post right now, so PLEASE Julius, don't post until I'm finished. It's going to be a very important post, especially considering loyalties and goals.

Sorry for my long absense people. Internet problems and all, right now hopefully fixed. Though I may need to take another break untill I can get my norton back and running when that expires. My comp seems to get shitload of infections when not protected by Norton. As to regarding arth I would like to see him killed off. However through a recent PM with Julius who says he has gotten better, I will read through those post and make a final decision. Now I just need to think of a decent post to get me involved back into this RP.

Alright, guys, here's what that whole last post was about.

If you've read my previous posts, you'll note that Felldoh met up with an old man inside one of the armour halls. This old man is a sage in Taharka's fortress, and very knowledgeable of the Elemental Gems. In fact, he is the one that instructed Saix's character as to the gems in the first place.

Well, what Felldoh doesn't know is what this old man could sense about his sword. The Sword of Light that Felldoh has, since this isn't the Code of the Sword, is a sword constructed from Shards or forged with energy emmited from the Gem of Light (whichever is acceptable to you, Soul).

Since Felldoh is the wielder of the Sword of Light, he is a 'Chosen One' destined to destroy the Gem of Darkness. Now, what the old man doesn't know (but will) is that Vex has the Gem of Light. Basically, anybody who wields a weapon or item infused with Light is a 'Chosen One.' It doesn't matter who you are, but you are classified as a Chosen One.

That's not to say you are the main focus of the RP. Hardly, that's Soul, Julius, and Saix's domain. I'm not trying to take over the RP here, I'm just making an in-depth way of integrating Felldoh into the RP so that he is on the right side.

What side he goes on is still a fact I shall reserve ;)

Actually, that's the whole point of the in-depth. It's a way for me to weave Felldoh into the storyline so he can work to progress it.

Awww that means we will end up fighting. I might add a dramatic touch to the battle :wacky:

Not necessarily. Remember, his 'Chosenness' defines that he must only destroy the Gem of Darkness. For all you know, he could remain on your side, but still on Vex's, because he will be working to take down the Jewel.

Or, he could be with Vex, and working like that with them. Either way, he must destroy the Jewel. As must Vex, and anybody else involved with the Gem of Light.
