The Final Fantasy XIII… Karaoke Room [5/28]

Square Enix re-launched Final Fantasy XIII in Hong Kong and South Korea, which means more awkward tie-ins.

In Hong Kong, karaoke box company Neway has Final Fantasy XIII themed rooms. Director Motomu Toriyama and Producer Yoshinori Kitase stopped by to commemorate the promotion. From wall to wall, everything in these rooms are Final Fantasy XIII. Even the microphones have the game’s logo.

Neway also equipped these special rooms with PlayStation 3s and HDTVs with Final Fantasy XIII just in case patrons are tired of singing. Here’s a look inside.

this is... interesting. Just goes to show how people are obsessing over XIII. Still haven't gotten to play it much, so who am I to judge. The artwork on the walls is beautiful. I wonder if it's just a computer generated poster though...

WOW!. it's.. epic.. I would love to play non-stop on a room like that!! HDTV, PS3, Speakers around is equal to WIN!! plus the wallpaper is just too beautiful to look at too...

But honestly, why the relaunch and the makeover? It's just gonna cost more money.

Tch. They could have set that up and have it ready while I was in Hong Kong last month.

But err....it looks nice and all, but with all the FFXIII fever dead and buried elsewhere and my overall disappointment towards the game as a whole, I can't say that I would really want to visit that room.
