Ah I don't see a thread for this. This game is going to be so freaking fun. I want to play with some fellow FFFers so im getting the ps3 version :awesome: So what do you think about the new characters? I like Zafina in the new characters. She looks fun to play as. I trust we will have some fine fights right?

I am getting the PS3 version as well. My favorites arfe Christie, Eddy, Howrang and sometimes I use Lili for fun. =p.

Actually, this is one game I've been looking forward to. I bought T5:DR Online for my Ps3. It is my muse until T6 comes out. =D.
 
I'll get it eventually, but it might not be when it first comes out... Actually when does it come out?


I've not looked into the new characters, so I don't know who they are, but I can imagine they'd be pretty good. Well... Don't know who they are other than a fat guy called Bob or something. He looks epic! :awesome:

They've had some really good characters with unique moves added in the past few Tekken games and I hope they keep experimenting.

But yeah, I'll definately get it eventually and then I'll play with FFF'ers!
 
Argie the release date is October 27th. Also the characters I use are Asuka, Lili and Christie(rarely though) Ah Asuka is my fave but I didn't get her for the theme. Cant wait! Hopefully our fellow FFFers get the ps3 version mostly! Also a new topic. Which characters are you good with?

And what characters am I good with.... Good question. I used to think I was quite good with quite a few people until I played online in DR and me and Damon got our asses ripped off into the air.

I was ok with Lili, Raven, Kuma (though people will jump at me and say "O u b a NoobZ 4 usen Bare!", but personally I don't give a damn... He's there, get used to it. :gasp:). Not sure really though.
 
Cool in the new trailer there is something like adventure mode. Do you think its a nice addition to Tekken 6 and all? It looks much better than devil within from Tekken 5. Also we will battling before you know it :awesome: But if Lew wants it on random Ill do it I dont give of damn xDDDDD
 
That bob bloke looks rather interesting. I was hoping ud be able to customise your battle rooms better. For example bar certain playable characters and stuff. Im sick of playing against lilis and eddie gordos.
On another note the graphics look brilliant and there seems to be a mode where u play through certain scenarios along with other people..not sure how itl work but it looks like a nice add.

I've been looking forward to Tekken 6 for about a year now. I have every other Tekken game, but this one looks like it's gonna be the best one. I can't wait to play it, and I'm very excited about online battling, I just hope it isn't laggy :ness:
 
Lew you are so going downnnnn! :vikki: Also Mark wich system are you getting it on ps3 or 360? Get it for ps3! Also Lew what do you think about Tekken 6 so far. Do you think it will surpass other popular fighting games? Whats you're opinion on the stupid lame spacesuits? Also Argie you can use KUMA!
 
Mmmm im not overly bothered about customizing characters etc the default costumes do me fine tbh. I just want to see more customization when creating battle rooms etc. So i could make a room where u can only play as Kazuya or Asuka etc. Constantly coming up against Lili eddie and christie is a pain :wacky:

Also i dont know if this annoyed anyone else but youd think both players in a battle would be able to play as P1. If your used to that side, being forced to play P2 can and sometimes and will cost you a win. I dont see why they couldnt mirror the battle so both players can play P1 if they so choose.

I prefer virtua fighter to tekken personally cuz its more realistic and complex but sadly they never had V5 with online play for the Ps3 >_<
 
Only thing that has made me disappointed with the new Tekkens is the moving away from the story plot. As much as the game play is important, I was a fan of getting into the story and the way they had the game flow. Personally, my favorite Tekken is still T3.
Oh, they also made Jin an evil buttfucker

I'm an avid Tekken player. I'll definitly get back to raping people with Bryan when Tekken 6 comes out for Xbox.
 
I'm very excited about this. I'm a long time fan of the Tekken Series, and I've played every released game (Save for the Card one) and have owned most of them. (Tag Tournemant broke sadly... ;-; ) I'm sad that I won't be able to play this though, due to lack of PS3 and 360. I won't even be able to play Bloodline Rebellion since I don't have a PSP either... :gasp:

Looks like I take a different path from that which anyone in this thread has taken...seems like none of you use King, but he is my best character, and I'm planning to get this for the Xbox 360 for Christmas, not the PS3. '<.<

Doesn't really matter anyways though, I only have a Dial-Up connection, so online play is always out the window whatever system I get a game for (well, you can connect Wii to it and get by with a Dial-Up Internet connection for some games, but ya can't even access the Wii Shop Channel. >_<).
 
I haven't gotten into Tekken before, but I played a demo of 6 in a little Playstation bus at a local event, and it was good fun. I'll probably pick it up for Xbox 360.

I admit part of the reason it intrigues me is it has some potentially awesome cosplays. ;)
 
zomg! This game is finally nearing its release date. I've waited what's felt like ages for this to hit America.

I'll probably have to get this one for the 360.

I'll definitely be sticking with Hwoarang as my main. Some of his new attacks and combinations look sweet. But there are new characters who look promising... Miguel (despite reminding me of "Chad" from Bleach) looks pretty good, and Lars too..

Anyone excited for the "Rage" and "Bound" aspects that have been added? They look like great features.

Hey folks,

I'm just inquiring here. Is Tekken 6 worth getting or is it not that big of an upgrade compared to the last one?

I don't want to waste my doller on something that is an over repetitive fighter. I have loved pretty much all the Tekkens.. but I've heard some already disturbing things about it.

So give me a low down, thanks.

I could have sworn I made a thread about this already. Also disturbing? like what? Im sure its a good game and I will be gettin it for ps3 and not 360. My ps3 needs more love tbh.
