I've started FFIX once again and I'm going to actually try to stick to the game. See if I can finish it before Christmas and continue to post my ragethrough diary. :jess:
 
Ami, you've totally just reminded me that I need to finish my FFX playthrough... :wacky: FFVIII too but I think I'm restarting that on PS3 since I'm forever losing memory cards.

Priority is FFXIII though D=< And then whatever other games I get. :hmph:

I know the ending too. :lew: I'd spoiled myself on nearly the whole damn game before I got it, but I still loved playing through it so far. It's quite fun, and despite a lot of people saying only Sazh and Fang inspired emotion, knowing most of the plot made me feel absolutely awful for Vanille. :lew: Hope too, with everything he went through.. hell, even Lightning. Trying to think of something for Snow... not reaaaaally getting much.

I'll admit that Snow annoyed me at times, but I found him to be quite a softie at times, too. He sort of puts on an attitude to appear strong and not let his emotions overwhelm him, but when it comes to Serah, I think he fails on that. Bless him. <3

... And I think I went all philosophical there. 8(
 
Got the ema forms today! (FINALLY)
Going to send it off on Wednesday, get it signed etc, probably have to wait a few days, so I'll hopefully have a PS3 by a fortnight. I don't think it should even take that long, but woo!
 
I need to get some new games. It gets kinda boring after a while going through Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age: Origins over and over again.

Anyone recommend any good 360 games? (besides Reach and Black Ops)
 
Well, I typically hate fighting games. They're usually the same button mashing, chicken fingering bullshit that I've played a million times before. However, I played Blazblue recently and I loved it. You can chicken finger and button mash, but the game is so fact paced, you can use it against someone.

Blazblue is now on my list of fighting games that are worth a damn. A rather short list, seeing as it only contains Soul Calibur 2, Dissidia, and now Blazblue.

Or, if you want to have a blast, if you can find a copy of Earth Defense Force 2017, go for it. I've never had so much fun shooting a gun... And not knowing what the hell I was doing before. But I got to shoot at aliens all fucking day, so who cares?

Or just buy Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie on XBLA and waste 100+ hours of your life having a fucking blast.
 
I have been playing a lot of Knights of the Old Republic 2 lately. Since selling my PS3 :sad3: , I have been getting more into PC games. :jess: For those who are familiar with the series Knights of the Old Republic takes place some 20,000 years before Luke and Han ran around the galaxy. They are some very fun game's, and would suggest them to anyone who enjoys Star Wars games and rpg's. :wacky:
 
I used to play KOTOR 2, until my copy got scratched, thus rendering it unusable. :sad3: It's an epic game, and I totally wish I could play it again.

Stupid fucking scratch. :hmph:
 
I have KOTOR and KOTOR II, but I've never actually played them. When I bought them, years ago, my laptop wasn't powerful enough to handle them. My PC is, but, I've never got round to installing them on it <_<
 
Blimey, I had quite some gaming last night. 8(

Stuck FFIX on for a while and got bored, so I stuck on FFVII for the first time in ages since Jess and Tia were last night. xD

I've named my characters the following so far.

Cloud - Spartacus
Barret - Mr T
Tifa - Xena

I'm just being quite silly this time around. :britt:

Then I got onto RE5 and I think I scarred Andrew with my bitching throughout with particular parts. Bless.

Just wanted to play it because Jess decided to name her characters after Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, bar Yuffie. Then me and Tia joined in with the fun. :lew:
