From what we've seen so far he won't be fighting them all at the same time, all the villains are different in their backgrounds and reasons why they fight Spider-Man so I doubt they'll be teaming up.

One thing that's really bugging me is the relationship between Peter and Harry. What on EARTH is Harry wearing? Is he the second Green Goblin or something? And why is Peter pushing MJ away?
