I have problems sleeping.....:mokken:

Any suggestion of any songs/tracks that help you sleep well........

(I dont want no RocknRoll shit........something peaceful which makes you go to sleep with a low volume :)).

I found myself going to sleep listening to some FF tracks at night such as Aerith's theme (AC version),FFVII field theme (orchestral),song of memories (FFIX),wandering (FFX) Awakening (FFVI) etc.

I worn these tracks out,but you should try it if you don't.....Any others? (doesn't have to be FF).

the verve. richard ashcroft has a soothing voice, i find. he tends to write kind of depressing lyrics, which aren't always the best for when you're laying in bed but it works for me. bittersweet symphony and sonnet seem to work best for me.

sunday morning call by oasis is another one. a beautifully emotional song that's really relaxing.

(antichrist television blues) - arcade fire
coffee & tv - bur
lazarus - porcupine tree
song for the choir - the fratellis
lola - the kinks
linger - the cranberries
one day like this - elbow

all more good tracks. but then again it's all entirely subjective.

Oh god...I am seriously into my relaxation music atm.

Firstly I would recommend ANYTHING by 'Paul Collier' Search him on youtube, this guy is amazing. His instrumental relaxation tracks just do it for me...send to me sleep nice and softly.

Also, I know this sounds vague, but type in 'Relax Music' into youtube and you will see Relax Music 1, relax music 2, and so on, all these up unti, about 9 are god damn fantastic. So deep and spiritual, but in a good way. Each has a different feel to them :)

Ofc FF music, where would we be without it? :P

Wandering Flame from FFX is one I listen to countless times a day atm. I put it on repeat and it just infiltrates my head, its lush :)
 
I just wanna say thanks guys :) your making sleeping easier for me.....Especially that Paul Collier guy omega said (ya should check him out) and some of the doctor's song dont know which :hmmm:
Final Fantasy tracks as well.....more FF mentions for you guys: Fabula Nova Crystallis,Price of freedom,Terra's theme,The Archlyte Steppe and To Zanarkand. :yawn:

I went to sleep on some of them:sleep: .....and woke up with my battery dead on my phone the next morining!! :rage:
