This is some stuff that I made AGES ago... I haven't made any tags for a while so my skills (what I have of them) are a bit rusty.

These are a few of the most recent ones I've made. They're not that good but they're some of the best ones I have.

You definitely have talent!

They are all absolutely gorgeous!

Especially number 2 and 4! Though I think it would look even better if text were added. =)

Excellent lighting, blending and the focal points are always nailed!

You've used the effects brilliantly and the text is done well.

You should enter SOTW or AOTW competitions, or even sign up to a GFX Clan! You really have excellent skills!

oh my gawd, I love the Gackt one. I also really like the fourth one, since it seems to speak for itself through lighting and emotion- especially without text.

I love the colour scheme in this one. The style is very different as well and I adore the way you've done the text.

This one is sexeh. Though I'm not 100% sure about the swirly brush thing going over her and around the gun. It distracts me from the main focal a little. I like the border and the only thing I can think of is perhaps text like Kandy said. Other than that, it's a really pretty piece.

My second favourite. I love how she's blending in and the very simple colour scheme is nice and easy on the eye. Perhaps moving the font closer to Penelo would draw the eye a little more, but still, wonderful piece.

So pretty. I love the lighting and the blending. By far my favorite out of the bunch. Only thing I can say is perhaps add a border and some simple, maybe elegant text. I love this piece!

I'm not really a fan of this style personally, but I have to say, seeing Lelouch like this is definately different.

Gackt. You hit my J-rock fangirlism with this one. xD I adore Gackt and I love the soft red of the sig.

Thanks. At the moment I am working on a Metallica sig, Ouran sig and Zack Fair sig. I'm trying to get them done but schools been getting in the way x_x

Oh and Gackt ftw.

Colors are really great, I like it. It's really a different style but it looks good, the text has been well done.

This one is great, It's blended in well but I'm not keen on the red-yellow line on her

The lighting in this one is gorgeous You have done a great job in this one, this totally my favorite sig.

I love that one, a lot. It's great the way it has a main focal point but there's also a lot going elsewhere, but it's effective and looks professional. The colours is also fantasic and I love the text it's amazing.

Lighting and effects are amazing. Period. Apart from possibly adding a border, I can't fault it.

Can't way to see more work.

The Penelo sig looks really good,you definitley have talent.^^I love the usage of small text you've used on it,and the clipping masked(?) stuff on the right side. However,it's a bit too bright on some points,under her arm,for example.

Not too fond of your Spiderman sig,the smudge work isn't really good.

Yup smudging isnt easy it took me aaaaaages to find brush settings that i liked but its probadly one of my favourite tools tbh, brilliant for stock work and getting a nice smooth looking texture.

I really love the Penelo sig. I've been looking around for a few inspirations to make some other sigs besides my standard theme's, and I gotta say that one's pushing buttons. xD! Very nice sigs.

not really good but it came out okay.

The smudging is really good considering you're new to it, I wouldn't worry about it too much, it takes time before you'll be able to do it perfectly. For a starters though, the colours blend into each really well, which, in my opinion, is probably the hardest thing to do in smudging, so you've done fantastically well. I'd just shove a 2px while border on the top and bottom of the sig or a 1px border all the way round.

The blending on the left hand side of spiderman is good so you've started to get the hang of blending through smudging, I'd try and blend the right hand side more as there's a bit of a contrast between the smudged parts than the non-smudged part in the middle, and I'd just throw the font opacity back up to 100%. Other than the minors bits I mentioned, to me, it looks fantastic! Keep up the great work! ^^

I like the blending, especially on the left of the Kingdom Hearts sig where you've started to blend Axel in and the right hand side of the Utada sig where you've started blending her right arm. I like the patterned image behind all of the renders as well, it really makes the renders stand out more and makes the sig look fuller. The font on the second sig looks good but on the first the black contrasts too much with the background. You're definitely improving. Keep it up!

LockheartAvenue, try looking on deviantart for some smudging tutorials, there are some really good ones on there and they really help. I might try and find the one that helped me for ya.
