*sigh* Stupid Red Dragon...

if you are referring to the red dragon in the temple of the ancients then i killed it by using limits because i was getting pounded like hell

Well if you really want the battle to be easier, try using Slow along with physical attacks and limit breaks. If you have Aqualung, then use it as it is quite potent.

Also, use Aeris as means to healing and reviving party members. You might wanna try to equip her with Cover Materia so she can get her limit breaks more often. And of course, equip any Fire Rings or Elemental + Fire combo on the armors of your party.

Make sure you don't expend your MP. If you're having difficulty, then you need to conserve what little power you have. Casting Barrier is a good start, along with Slow (as Mitsuki says). Instantly cast Barrier again when it fades, as his physical attack power is relatively high. Fire Ring neutralizes his Red Dragon Breath, so that's always a plus.

Leave Aeris using her Level 1 Limit, as Healing Wind can fully restore your entire party at this point, and it's easy to obtain. Conserving your MP in the process. ;D

Just a simple assault should be enough. Just make sure you're well-defended, and the battle should be a breeze.

my main attacks(limit wise) were meteorain, great gospel and hyper jump

and magics were cure 3, fire/ice/bolt 3

summons were ramuh
