Should this guy be held accountable?

hahah i read this the other day, it made me lol

I'd hardly blame him for it happening but the pillock could have at least raised the alarm...if someone was sat on my loo for 2 hours Id start to get worried

I think if anything that woman needs refering to a pychiatric ward.

What I wanna know tho, is where he went to do his business o_O

We can live in hope that there was a second bathroom in the place, the other option would be just so wrong.

From the sounds of it the guy must not be right in the head either, who would let someone stay on the toilet for two years?

It's all pretty laughable in the end (I can just imagine all the phone calls when her family were told she was unavailable at the time as she was in the toilet) but the guy probably shouldn't get sued since he's probably as crazy tbh.

So it took him two years to actually tell someone...even her family and even though he would have had to feed her and give her drinks (unless she had made some sort of faeces cycle) . To be honest the case is quite laughable and I'd love to see what his defence would be if he came up in court :P
 
Who is suing him? Her? I read in the paper that she didn't want to leave...since she got stuck. Must be pretty embaressing to be stuck on a toilet like xD

Not to mention uncomfortable to sleep on O_O

The whole case is really just laughable though, it's a minor problem that carried on for way too long O_O

Totally. The guy was an idiot.

You don't let someone sit their ass on your toilet for two years without coming out/getting up and do nothing. That's just retarded.

Ugh.

The guy should have his ass sued to cunting hell and back, and miss mahassislodgedinthetoilet should be placed in one of those psych wards or someplace where someone else can take care of her stupid ass and make sure it doesn't get stuck to the toilet again.

I honestly cannot answer the question of whether the guy should be sued or not...because this case is entirely bizarre and just...out of this world. I wouldn't know how to deal with it.

But I agree with Scrutator. Clearly, those two are demented. Hmm, I just wonder what the woman had to say about the matter though. Too bad they didn't include that bit of info.
 
The guy didn't do anything but let her stay in the bathroom... the dude's defense will have a field day with these charges... and where did it say he was being sued? He's being brought up on charges, but I didn't see where it said he was being sued.

being charged/sued are interchangable really, they result in the same thing.

I dont know whether he should be held accountable.
She needs psychological help and he didnt get her any, yet she didnt ask, but was she incapable of thinking of asking? But then are we accountable for agrophobic or anyone with a phobia of some sort.
I dont think the guy was being malicious, he wasnt the brightest guy ever, but he did try to help her
 
I heard about this a few days ago. It's pretty much hysterical.

It's bad enough that the toilet fused with her body, resulting in surgery needed to remove her body from the commode...

...but can you imagine the stench? No shower for two years? I doubt she brushed her teeth or anything of the sort. Horrifying.

Anywho, I don't believe the fellow should be held accountable. He encouraged her to move and did nothing to prevent her from leaving. If it wasn't for him, she'd have probably died from thirst or starvation in there.

Granted, it would have been nice to take a course of action that would have removed her from the bathroom in a speedier fashion...but getting that lady off that seat wasn't necessarily his responsibility.
 
I believe the guy should not be held responsible. He pencouraged her, fed her and gave her drinks.

End of the day he made the right decision after 2 years

Fucked up beyond belief, but not really worth sueing now is it.
 
I imagine it would get boring sat there all that time, I just can't understand why she didn't want help and why he just left her there.

If he had gotten her off the toilet, then the toilet seat would have never fused with her ass. None of us would be able to laugh at this hilarious story.

But yeah...it's a shame it happened...roffle.
