I sort of figured being a Veteran meant being here for a certain amount of time, and not just poastcuntz... but rly if that's all it's determined by, then it's shit tbh.

Well take my scenario into account then. I've been here since.. well near the beginning. I took a break from the site for I would say a solid year. I came back and different folks were running the place, but I didn't post at all till then.

There is a post count, because it's possible to "technically" be here, but if you don't post it is like inactivity. It is a way to encourage activeness. Take it or leave it, rules have been written for good reasons.

you can get semi-decent ones on your pc that work with a mic. if youre stuck for a tuner give them a go

Vet lounge is not so great, it is nice, but we usually just use it to talk about old stuff and have some pretty lenient rules on off-topic chat.

But really pooley, it's all about being one of the cool kids and having a star in your postbit. Kind of like that one episode of Dethklok when they had that counselor dude giving them sticker stars for doing stuff then they went out and bought their own and were like fuck you
