Sephiroth...the good, the bad, the...easy?

I found him in between hard and easy. Considering i was trigger happy with magic and had high jump MAX and glide MAX and every other fricking ability needed for dodging. I felt kinda glued to the screen when fighting him. he's actually a boss battle i wanna fight again and again
 
Well to me personally he was easy. At first i couldnt beat him took me forever. So i stopped playing for a week then i turned it back on and beat him with no problem
 
He was easy on normal mode, but I haven't gotten up to him on my proud file yet, when you memorise his patterns, you can dodge all his moves, (Unless you can't reach him when he does heartless angel,) thank God for elixers at a time like that.
 
Yea he was pretty hard.

When you fight him you'll feel his power, and in my opinion I think he was messing around with us till Cloud arrive.

He was hard for a little while, but only when i was like, below Level 50. Other than that, he was pretty easy. Like any boss, once you beat him the first time, you know how to beat him again.

Just use MAX Glide an MAX Aerial Dodge, and the fight is easy. As hell.
 
i didnt notice him around lvl 99 so it was kinda a cakewalk hmmm cake
though im a magi woot magic
 
Of course he's hard. I'm at level 65 equipped with the Oblivion Keyblade and still can't beat him. He's harder than the first game, that's for sure. The fact that I have to keep pressing the triangle button pisses me off.
 
There's no need to use Glide or Aerial Dodge. All you need is Guard and reflect. I beat him at Lv1 like this. (On final mix)
 
i eventually beat him but I was at lv70 and i used my quick reflexes and KH skills to its fullest. I was relieved to have finally whup his ass.
 
Hardest boss int he game but still rather easy, I beat him at around level 70 and if i wanted to level up i would just beat him once to gain 1 level! Thats how I got to level 100! XD
 
I don't know why, but I never went after Sephiroth in this game. I saw Aztec play it when he was going through the game and he was having a helluva time trying to beat him, but I just never persued trying to face him. I ended up beating the game and moving onto FFVI.
 
I tried to have a crack at him last night -__-

I'm level 50 on proud mode. He totally raped me. To put it bluntly......Methink's I'l have to do some training before I try again. I just get bored of levelling up. I liked the music though, just a shame it only lasted all of 5 seconds before I got totally humiliated :wacky:
 
I don't think I beat Sephiroth in like, either game. I could never be arsed enough to get to the level where I could actually match him in awesomeness, so after losing about eight times in twenty seconds, I just gave up and decided that I suck too much. xD
 
Sephiroth had the same moves over and over just memorize the timing of his attacks and u'll win, he was rather easy becoz I knew all his next moves

i found him to be really easy compared to the first game when you have to fight him in the platinum match, i jsut kept using potions like elixers and mega potions to keep sora alive and, after the 2nd wave of attacks he started to do meator and this was easy to dodge just by running and jumping around, i enjoyed fighting sephiroth and i got a good weapon at the end :P:P
 
Unless you're a level lower than 60, he's easy. Once I hit 65, I destroyed him, but I tried to take him out at 59 with Sora being maxed in armour and weapons, and he just...it was so traumatizing how easily he wiped me then. I think it only took 3 sword-slashes to screw me over :rant:

But, that being said, if you bring in Reflega and some Ethers/Hi-Potions, you're pretty much set. You can interrupt his "Descend Heartless Angel" attack, where he brings you down to 1 health and no MP.
