[RUMOR] Possible FF12 sequel: Valiant Saga

I myself think that this is a fake. That twitter account could be made by anybody easily.
 
Its logo looks conveniently like it's Vagrant Story inspired. In fact, its name sounds too close to Vagrant Story. Gee, how coincidental. Twitter account the first recorded appearance of the supposed IP and its existence? I don't know when that's ever happened. A URL link ending on /vsff leading straight to the SE NA webpage? That doesn't tell me anything. It's not too hard to snap up a domain name and make a Twitter account around it, while Photoshop knocks you up a quick logo.

Oh well, I would love to see another Ivalice title actually. To people moaning at such an idea because for some reason FFXII was their biggest gaming disappointment ever and/or for whatever reason the Ivalice games aren't very Final Fantasy-like (which is just as well, as the franchise itself isn't exactly something to be too proud of anymore!), suit yourself. For this, I would rather this than a FFXIII-3 by a mile. Too bad it's not very real.
 
I hadn't played FFXII till recently, I enjoyed it even though the story itself wasn't overly fantastic but from gameplay I found it new and refreshing. But I never will play the sequel as I do not own a DS nor would I want a sequel to it as I don't think it holds enough in terms of possible story lines to make a fully fledged sequel. If another user can happily state some story arcs that could be ventured into then I will gladly take my statement back.
 
I hope it's a fake...FF12 was easily the worst FF to date. Yes, I realise that I'm trolling, but when a DS spin-off is better than the main game, it's definitely saying something.

Mmmm, most people that loved FFX hated FFXII.

That abomination of a game called FFX...

Anyway, I truly hope that this is the real deal, and that the battle system in this sequel is overhauled in its entirety (where FFXII failed miserably)

FFXII was a mature take on the series, as mature as you can get without having a Water Polo player running around trying to take out Godzilla.
