[RP] Kingdom Hearts: Into The Dusk

Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X OST-Ready Aurora

Eliane looked on at the ship (link here) as Raven and the others entered. The ship was very sleek to say the least. It was large compared to several fighter type Gummi Ships, though paled in comparison to the larger Kestrel HCC and Arkbird Heavy Frigate.

As Eliane entered the ship. She saw the very large space that would be the bridge. Centered arounf the Galaxy Map (so to speak), this deck was very large and a crew would be needed to man each position. For now a skeleton crew will do until their attempt to liberate the Destiny Islands.

Raven was the first to speak, "Hal...you're a mad genius...but man you are a damn good shipbuilder!" He was impressed with how the ship looked.

Luna added, "Well, I've gotta admit, it's a bit more roomier than be in that cramped Pelican though."

OOC: Will post again after we take off.
 
Hal spun the chair around to face the crew

"Well guys, we take off ASAP... for this trip - sit back and enjoy the ride - I'll handle it"

Raven was the first to speak, "Hal...you're a mad genius...but man you are a damn good shipbuilder!" He was impressed with how the ship looked.

"Age is probbably the reason for madness :) but its not too bad"

Hal pressed a few more buttons and unclipped his harness..

"I'm going to go check the engines.. and then we are ready for off :)"

Hal left the Brdige and looked over to Raven

"Raven you have the bridge" The door sealed behind Hal
 
OOC: Shit post comming, I missed a few days

"Well i suppose there would be no real cons to seeing your home. I will come along for now then. I'll think about my decission in the mean time." With that Julias decided simply to wait out when he would find his answer. Maybe going with them would help him choose...

"Aye." Raven said as Hal left for Deck 4 (the Engineering Deck)

"Well i suppose there would be no real cons to seeing your home. I will come along for now then. I'll think about my decission in the mean time."

"Understandable." Raven said with a smirk, "Luna you have the deck, I'm going to go spend some time to think."

"Ok Raven" Luna responded

Raven moved to the back of the bridge, into a room with a large desk. Eliane clearly followed him over there, with Luna trailing behind them.

Raven walked in to comntemplate on what to do with his time before the invasion of Destiny Islands. For the past three weeks since the Unity Islands Battle that made his team (and somewhat to his dismay, him in perticular) essentially famous, he spent his time scouring the worlds with Luna in an attempt to find his father. He put his arms on the desk as all he can do was think, think and yet still cannot fathom a place where he would be.

"Raven?"

He turned around and found Eliane, who walked in to the briefing room. "Oh, Hey Eliane, what's up."

"So...you still gonna tell me what it is you fight for."

"Hmm....oh...." Raven turned to the side.

"Well, the reason I fight is to find my dad."

"Your father?"

"Yeah...we were pretty close....he disappeared when the war began and I've been searching for him since. Had to be though."

"Why you think so?"

"Probably when I heard Celeste's reason, it made me feel bad for her losing a mother like that. I mean, I never knew my mom very well. She died when I was very young. So of course I had to form a close bond with my only surviving parent. I'm still hopeful he's alive out there."

"I wish I knew my parents like that."

"Hmm?"

"My parents died when I was very young. I wished I could've known them better."

"I'm sorry to hear that, Eliane."

Raven put his hand on Eliane's shoulder. Her eyes looking at Raven's. Both people smiled, and decided to not continue the subject. From afar, Luna was getting jealous, as it appeared that Eliane was falling for Raven like she has, only Raven was getting her attention as well. As she saw the two walk out of the room, Raven said, "Hey Luna, something wrong?"

"Oh..nothing, nothing, just carry on." Luna responded nervously.

Back on the bridge, he signaled Hal. "Alright, we're ready to head off."
 
Hal came on the bridge rubbing his hands clean with a old rag rubbing the oil off...

"Well then.. Lets test the old girl.. Strap yourselves in for this one guys - i'll put everything onto auto then when we reclaim unity islands i'll show you all how to use it.."

Hal strapped himself into the main control panal...

"Raven if you sit here and Luna this side of me please"

"There are two forward cannons... Just in case"

Hal pulled a microphone down from the compartment above him and attached it over his head to his ear

"Normandy Normandy, come in INTEL, This is Normandy Over"

"INTEL Over"

"Communication test reqeusted INTEL, Fire up the doors"

The large doors above the ship were slowling opening - there was a loud crash as they slid down like a dome opening..

Hal pressed a few buttons and then slowly did a horizontal lift off and then shot out of olympus...

"Okay Argus... its up to you now " Hal thought as he drove the ship off olypus and headed towards unity Island"

Raven sat in the chair of the gun system while Hal took off for Unity Islands. He began pondering about his team. Most of them did lose family before they met each other. But all he can do was basically be friendly. Besides, he did not want to have conflict under his leadership.

Raven looked out into the stars, hoping to find a way to get to his dad.

Unity Islands

Erieste was waiting outside of the house. He was nervous, pacing back and forth across the front of his little beachhouse, as he would like to call it, looking like a madman.

"Erieste, you don't have to wait like that you know."

Erieste stopped pacing and turned to see his friend. "Hey, Wolfgang"

"So, are you ready to be a dad?"

"NO!" Erieste exclaimed, "I don't even know if I will be a good father, especially now that I have just achieved the rank of Master!"

Wolfgang said, "Well, many fathers don't know how to be a good father early on, it's a learning experience that you'll be able to enjoy."

"COME, COME QUICK, IT'S A BOY!!!!" The Nurse yelled, and both Keyblade Masters ran into the house. Entering the room where Erieste's wife, Charlotte, was holding their child, who was being comforted and was still crying.

"What a fine set of lungs this boy has."

Charlotte gave the bouncing baby boy over to Erieste, he had his father's black hair, but her mothers lovely crimson eyes.

"What should we name our son, Erieste?"

Erieste pondered but then decided, "Raven...Raven Konstantine Otsdarva."

Hours later while everyone was starting to settle down and the baby was back in the care of his mother. Erieste and Wolfgang were speaking outside in the beach.

"You know Wolfgang, I think the war is approaching soon." Erieste said.

"Yeah, I know" Wolfsgang responded, looking down at the sand.

"Are you seriously going to fight for the Imperials?"

"My family is there, I don't want to make their name go down in the mud."

"But you have a choice, you could always...."

"That's enough out of the subject, right now I just dont want the war, that's all."

"I understand, hopefully, if war does happen, even if we are on opposing sides...We will always be the best of friends." Erieste raised his arm, his fist clenched

"Always." Wolfgang did the same, his arm touching Erieste's.

(End Flashback)

Raven looked out into the stars until he saw a familiar world, his home, in the distance.

"Alright, looks like we're home guys." Raven said

"Remember to tell Commander Hamilton of the developments in Olympus." Luna added

"I will, I will."
 
Hal looked around

"Well lets get going :)"

Hal pressed a few buttons and two joysticks came up out of the centeral command station

He stood up and walked over grabbing them with both his hands ..

"Time to fly"

He threw both of them forwards and the ship shot out the lab and off the planet
 
Ace Combat 5 OST-Wardog

The Normandy screamed downwards away from Olmypus. Just as fast as it took the Pelican getting Eliane to Olympus, it took the same amount of time, around 5 minutes, to get back to Unity Islands.

Raven sat up and headed to the rear of the CIC, where he looked on at the map of the worlds.

Of the few worlds out there, Unity Islands is one of the furthest away from the main centers of civilizations, chiefly the largest of the worlds, Radiant Garden.

However, this world, once a quiet place to relax, has become the Realm's first line of defense, as well as the major staging point for the Army's new Offensive.

"Hal, land the ship by the base."

The shipyard created in Unity Islands was made to replace the one lost in Destiny Islands. Not that it really mattered with the Invasion approaching in two days. Still, the defense of Olympus is imperative if the plan to take back Destiny Islands is to succeed.

Luna turned towards Celeste. "Well, we're finally here. What was it that you wanted to do here by any chance?"
 
Celeste was pleased that the ship was maneuvered by someone who actually could fly a ship. It was a much more pleasant ride than the one she was on too Olympus. However she knew that when they landed it all would start too become quite serious.

It was then as they landed and Celeste was about too leave the ship that Luna approached her. Not knowing what too say or do right at the time she brushed her hair too the side as Luna started too speak too her.

She realised as Luna spoke that she might not have been too clear in her mission and why she needed to go to Unity Island. She smiled at Luna before she herself spoke too her.

"I guess I never really said why or maybe I did not make myself clear. The reason why I am here is because of the heartless. I want too offer my help too you all. I might not be a overall great warrior, but my light magic seems too be effective against heartless. I hope I can be of assistance."
 
Luna nodded and said, "I know you will be of great assistance to the team. In fact I am also a capable magic user as well." Luna hoped that by speaking with Celeste, she would feel more comfortable around her, Hal, Chao and Raven, the original Four Wings of Unity Island, besides she could use a friend after what she said earlier.

Eliane and Raven both exited the ship and saw the sun starting to sink into the horizon. "Heh, welcome to my home world guys!" He exclaimed before stepping down the steps and onto the concrete surface. "Eliane?"

She was to busy looking at the beautiful sunset.

"Hey, Eliane!"

"Oh, what?" Eliane snapped back into paying attention.

"Could you tell the others to wait around the base. I'm gonna get Hal and we're going to see the commander."

"Alright, Captain."

"Call me Raven, my friends do it, so I don't see why you should not."

Eliane blushed then headed back to the back of the CIC to tell everyone. Raven went ahead to go and meet with Hal. "Alright, once we're ready to go, we must tlk with the commander about out recent developments."
 
Hal looked around the beaches

"Damn man, doesn't seem two minutes since were last here... its a mess..We've gotta do something"

Hal leant down and took a handful of sand...

Rubbing it through his fingers he said

"Where are we headed to then Raven?"

OOC: Trying to take it slow so that other RP'ers can jump in if need be.

IC: "We're going to meet up with the commander about the recent developments in Olympus." Raven said heading towards the command center. Outside the building, was Commander Reo.

"I've heard that you were able to contain the heartless threat in the stadium. As well as gotten a new ship."

"Geez, is there nothing you don't already know?" He folded his arms and gave him a serious look.

The Commander laughed "Your father complained about the same issue. But I don't know it all you know, I assume that is what you came here for?"
 
Sanjia had just arrived back at Unity Islands. He had stayed behind to make sure the heartless didn't come back, while the others left. After all was clear for the moment, he decided to return to Unity, since he didn't know where the others had went. As he was walking toward the command center, he saw Commander Reo, whom he recognized from earlier, talking to another.

"Commander, the remaining heartless have been all but defeated. There were a few left, but there were a few others that stayed behind to take care of them."

OOC:Short post, but had to get back in there.
 
Laleth emerged from the bathroom refreshed and renewed as the ship sailed on through space. she found her way back to her seat with the others and stayed quiet for most of the time. It was then that she thought of what had happened to her gummi ship from earlier. Heartless were flying through space nowadawys. She hoped none of them would come aboard.

Turning to the captain she asked a simple question that was on her mind. "Is it possible for this ship to be attacked by heartless?"

Her expression was somewhat anxious. Although she didn't mind fighting, there were so many thoughts that came after the battles. She began to add on. "This ship is alot bigger than the one I was headed for the islands with. Is it possible for heartless to reach us way out here in space?"

Here eyes were wide and soon her mind would be full of questions, for she was embarking on an adventure with no knowledge of the situation yet.
 
"The pleasure is all mine Dr. Otacon." Reo shook Hal's hand and returned the smile.

"So, what is the situation."

Raven spoke up, "I fear that the Heartless has found a corridor into darkness, a gateway that whose seal is falling apart."

"I see, how large do you think it may be?"

"Probably a large army."

Reo leaned back on the wall, looking at the sky. "Alright, I will send in a large detachment of troops to the world." He pulled out his pipe. "I figured so, since the Heartless launched an attack on the world already. Is that all?"

"yes, sir."

"Alright, I have a request for you to do. Follow me."

Raven and Reo walked into the briefing room. The design was similar to the briefing room back on the Normandy.

"As we speak, your crew is moving into the Gummi Ship. They will be your crew for the duration of the war."

"Don't worry, I'll look out for the crew."

Reo opened up a galaxy map, showing all the worlds, as well as a wave of blue and a wave of purple. the Blue represented the Realm of Light, the Purple, the Heartless Horde.

"Three weeks ago was full of relative peace until the incident. Similar isolated incidents have occured in worlds where our defensive systems have not yet been put in place. One such world is known as Deep Space."

"Deep Space?"

"Technically, it's not a world in the likeliness of Unity Islands and Olympus, but a massive Gummi Ship that can easily fit 10 of our Agaion-class HCC's (Heavy Command Cruisers). the Grand Councilwoman requested to help patrol the world while the new system is being put in place."

"Okay, will there be any support." Raven asked this because he was wary about such matters.

Reo put the pipe in his mouth and starting smoking it. "You will be getting reinforcements to take over your position so you will take part in the invasion. Other than that, your support will come from the realm's own defenders."

"I understand, thank you." Raven left the building alone.

"Is there anything else you want to discuss Dr. Otacon?"

Luna looked at Laleth. "I know space is a dangerous place to be. Chances are there will be Heartless out to attack us, but I am confident that we will take them down. Besides, it's not like we can't fight back?" She said with a smile, confident that Hal's newly built ship wasn't going to break down.
